I also think that Rachel is far too inappropriate, even after being accused of that relationship she went out and had a dinner with him. What?
Also, Derena is done-or should be. If they keep breaking up there has to be a reason, besides Dan doesn't seem to be too concerned about Serena considering the end of the episode.
Nate and Vanessa are boring and useless. Nate as Blair's arm candy doesn't make for exciting plotlines, I get quite uninterested with their mediocre relationship.

1. definitely dan's quote about jenny's racoon makeup... so true, and so funny
2. i didn't hate nate and vanessa in this episode as much as i have in the past, but still, i don't really see the point of them.
3. rachel, definitely. teachers are not supposed to go out to cozy candlelit dinners with their students. and they are also not supposed to sleep with 17 year-old boys, even if they aren't their students anymore.
4. i think dan and serena really need to be done for now. it's cleary not working, and they're just getting old. i'd actually really like to see serena with nate, or any new guy (as long as he's NOTHING like aaron)
5. hard to tell, but i'm sure chuck will get way to wrapped up in the mystery, and it could potentially be dangerous... hopefully blair will come to his rescue!

2. Nate and Vanessa: Kind of cute, totally useless or both?
Definitely both.
3. Who acted more inappropriately: Blair for smearing Dan and Rachel on Gossip Girl, or Rachel for befriending/flirting/acting totally unprofessional with students?
Rachel, absolutely. She's been unprofessional since she's appeared for the first time, besides the grades. But teachers are supposed not to be friends (or girlfriends) with their students.
4. Is this it for Derena or will they give it a fourth (fifth? We've lost count) try?
Don't know, but they are getting boring, and... having sex with Rachel? Are you serious, Humphrey?
5. What will become of Chuck Bass and his mystery nanny-escort?
Again, I don't know, but I hope she disappears ASAP.
