Supernatural Spoilers: Season Five Regulars and John Winchester
So far, the only new series regular joining Supernatural's season five will be Misha Collins as Castiel. As far as Sam's demon and Dean's angel girlfriends, Anna and Ruby, they may have a different fate.
As we know there's going to be a couple deaths in the Supernatural season finale and according to Kristin Dos Santos, neither of these girls are safe.
Now for some good news. We're going to see the always studly Jeffrey Dean Morgan as John Winchester during season four... but in photographic form only.

Yea, Anna was really cool, it would have been a real twist if she and Dean like, dated or something and they should totally keep Bobby in the show, he keeps Sam and Dean in line!!

I would be sad to see Anna go, but I sooooooooo hope they keep Bobby alive, He's cute.
