1. "If you need to mark your territory that badly, Nathaniel, why don't you just pee on her?" But that and all the other great lines are trumped by the truly dizzying array of amazing facial expressions of Blair this ep. Leighton Meester is a genius.
2. Serena's dress, because I love it whenever her slutwear is a plotpoint (and she can carry it off). It would be Chuck's bball outfit, but as with all Chuck fashion season 2, it was done better in season 1 with the crown bball outfit.
3. Vanessa. At least Vanessa is always that hardest to watch.
4. NO. If Vanessa must be on my screen, hook her up with Rufus. At least then we'll get the pleasure of watching Dan be hilarious about it.
5. No, she should break it off with Nate, hopefully then can be friends in season 3, and tell Chuck "too little, too late" if he does ever get off his ass.
Bonus: return of non-judging breakfast club.
The only thing I feel is worthy to comment on is the rufus lily proposing question. Umm duh of corse i think he should. They are obviously good together, plus we can avoid those weird rufus vanessa heart to hearts (shudder). And because Rufus is obviously going to go bankrupt because he made the stupid decision to put all his money in a company he knew nothing about, Lily can pay for Dan's tuition.

YES Di!!! That was the best quote of the night. I'm not sure exactly how he said it, but if you need to mark your territory so badly why don't you just pee on her? That cracked me up.
I thought that Blair's yellow coat was the best fashion moment.
The NYU/Columbia long distance thing was idiotic. So was all the other stuff you mentioned, but the apartment thing was offensive because it bungled a storyline that should not be bungled! Playing the "I bought us this love nest" card is a major, major event in the unfurling plot and in their relationship. It should have followed after Nate was allowed to simmer with jealousy for a few episodes. We viewers should have been rewarded with major Blair/Chuck conversation, scheming, or general flirting, as Nate gets upset. But it's all innocent on the surface, so the dramatic tension remains and the ball's in Nate's court to stave off Blair's interest in Chuck. Voila--the apartment, at a very dramatic moment when she might have been just abo
