I think Gloria's idea might be correct.
I mean, Georgina is kindda dressed Blair style in other pictures, with the hair in curls and all. Perhaps Chuck wants her to get Nate's attention so that he can win B back again.
Besides, G and N were together in the book so perhaps they will bring something of that sort since they CAN'T split chair up! xD

2. I doubt he'd be hooking up with G. I'm guessing he's checking out whats up to see if she's a threat or not and if she's really changed.
