Thomas Calabro to Return to Melrose Place

Move over, Laura Leighton. You aren't the only original Melrose Place character to be cast on The CW's upcoming remake.

Thomas Calabro has agreed to reprise his role as Dr. Michael Mancini - the former loyal husband-turned-cheating-bastard - on the series.

The actor, who appeared on every season of the original show, will be the father to David Patterson, portrayed by Shaun Sipos.

Calabro's character and Leighton's character have a long history together. Former siblings-in-law, Michael and Sydney became lovers, then enemies, then lovers again, then blackmailers... nevermind.
