Wanted: A New NCIS Agent

According to Entertainment Weekly columnist Michael Ausiello, the hit procedural "is on the prowl for some new blood."
Show producers will be introducing a new male characters in his 30s early next season. Not much else is known at this time, but the role has the potential to be far more than a one-time guest-starring stint.

I think if any changes are to be made, then the ultimate would be to bring in Bruce willis or Morgan Freeman as director.
