Derek is in the preview but I think he's still going to be reprimanded for the Isaac surgery with some sort of suspension, which might explain his absence.
At least MerDer are going to be spending some time at home together. ;) (McBaby!)

Derek will be in the episode because you see him in the preview when he asks Alex what he is doing. Also I think its Arizona's party because in a sneak peek for the show they say happy birthday to Arizona when they give her the money...

these pics no youtube ,you can see that in the 5°pic the child is dead and his mother cries together his father...i'm sorry for this little child ,i hoped that Arizona saved him...the party is Mark's birthday, maybe

I have a feeling that for this episode, Derek will be at home cause the cheif hasn't made up his mind wheter to fire him or not. And I have a feeling Arizona's patient is gonna die, and she's not really in a party mood, from the pictures.

No it is actually AZ's birthday. Looks like Callie dressed up in the teddy for her and is serving her donuts. Didn't you see Lexies Happy Birthday hat?

I have an idea that after the last episode ,where we saw some scenes between Meredith and Derek in the bed room ,we 'll not see them together for many time, because Shonda plays with our wonder couple and torture us making this play that is see and no see.But i want always many scenes between Meredith and Derek ,but i know that ''ll happen ever.:( :(
