1. What was your favorite Grey's Anatomy quote from the episode?
You guys are killing me! There are so many that when I read the posts I think the one I am reading is the best until I go to the next post!
2. Did Sloane (the younger) ultimately make the right decision?
I know young immature girls that decided to keep the baby and with help they are now successful, so I am going to say if that if the person can live their adult life knowing this and "not caring" then she made the right decision. Personally I don't think I could have done it though.
3. Did Derek make the right decision for the cardio position?
Definitely not. Teddy has proven in many ways how capable she is and the only reason he looked elsewhere was because he thought she was not interested in the position (huge mistake on Teddys part). She did have a very, very bad day. She is an excellent teacher unlike the other doctor.
4. Will Callie acquiesce to Arizona regarding the baby issue?

1. What was your favorite Grey's Anatomy quote from the episode?
I actually liked Arizona's "I'm not broken" speech. Yes, it was a little harsh. But it was a poignant moment and it gave layers to Arizona's character. But my favorite line has got to be those three simple words that Arizona muttered when she saw how upset Callie was: "Don't..Don't..Don't." Wow, amazing chemistry there. Sad but beautiful at the same time.

Yes. She can't even handle feeding the baby! It think she made the right decision, the responsible decision.
3. Did Derek make the right decision for the cardio position?
Not sure. Based on what happened in THIS episode, yes. But considering the contributions that Teddy have made to SGMW in the past..im not so sure.
4. Will Callie acquiesce to Arizona regarding the baby issue?

Yes, it was clear she couldn't handle the baby and in the end it was not Mark's decision to make.
3. Did Derek make the right decision for the cardio position?
Yes. I'm glad he didn't choose Teddy even though she got the job in the end. Seattle Grace used to be about the best physicians in the nation and somewhere in all the drama the hospital (and the show) lost its medical edge. Come on, I want another Code Black-esque type of episode.

I do, though it's kinda cold. I am not a huge fan of Teddy and I feel like she is just there for the Owen Christina thing but not really to stand alone. Evans was a better choice for the good of the hospital...And she IS a good teacher, so I guess that's good since Evans said no.

I dunno, I think she might try to. I can't see it working out though, I feel like Arizona has to cave or something major has to happen to make it work. Game changer?

I'm a Cardiothorasic whore - Cristina. Yes you are...and we love you for it, LOL.
2. Did Sloane (the younger) ultimately make the right decision?
Yes and no. Perhaps the baby will have a better life with the adoptive parents but I believe that she should've given Mark a shot. But oh, well. To each his own.
3. Did Derek make the right decision for the cardio position?
Yes. Loyalty doesn't take a fair game when talking about what's best for the hospital. Richard brought both Mark & Addison, despite Derek's disapproval. Loyalty much? No. It was for the best of the hospital. Even so, Teddy only teaches Cristina (we saw her disapproval of Jackson)...so why is she better?
This was the first real decision he made as Chief.
4. Will Callie acquiesce to Arizona regarding the baby issue?
No and she shouldn't. If it's a big dream of hers and she wants it badly, she shouldn't.

Yes she did. She was far from ready to be a mother and she knew that so I think making the decision was very smart
3. Did Derek make the right decision for the cardio position?
Yes but not for the right reasons. Loyalty was the key issue here and I think Derek doesn't have loyalty to anyone anymore since becoming cheif and it's changing him for the worse but it's also sad that Teddy is second choice in everything (she needs to be proactive)
4. Will Callie acquiesce to Arizona regarding the baby issue?
No way! Since Callie was married to George she's wanted kids and nobody should change that quickly. IDK about breakup but there are going to be some problems down the road for Callie/AZ

"Speaking of whores, has anyone seen the love-struck intern fawning over my husband?" Just the whole lunch scene, really. It was all hilarious.
2. Did Sloane (the younger) ultimately make the right decision?
Yes. No question there. And I really loved Arizona's speech in the NICU about it as well.
3. Did Derek make the right decision for the cardio position?
Yeah, he did what he had to do, and what he felt was right for the hospital. He was separating personal feelings from work - a lesson I think he needs to teach Owen, because what Owen did was very selfish.

She shouldn't have to, but she's willing to for Arizona. That's BIG. She loves her enough to give up something that important, something she's wanted her entire life, and Arizona just shuts her down. I hate that it's always Callie giving and giving and giving in her relationships, and

2.Yes because that child will have a better life with out Sloan Sloan in his life and Mark was being selfish.
3. No because Evans was a bad teacher, and Derek was only taking into consideration that Evans has awards and prestige but wasn't taking into consideration that he was a bad teacher. Just because Teddy doesn't have award and prestige doesn't mean that she is a bad surgeon. I think she is better surgeon because she doesn't worried about her ego but about saving lives. Unlike Evans.
4. Callie and Arizona. Frankly there is nothing wrong with Arizona not wanting a baby.
5. Alex and Lexie are growing on my for some reason.

"Give me a damn beer!" lol good on Lexie for standing up to Alex.

Definitely yes. She was not at all prepared for motherhood.
3. Did Derek make the right decision for the cardio position?
Yes, there's just too much going on with the Teddy/Owen/Cristina love triangle and it's clearly affecting Teddy's job. I didn't like what Owen did to Cristina though.
4. Will Callie acquiesce to Arizona regarding the baby issue?
Callie wants a baby so bad and you can really tell. I think she'd be a great Mom and I really hope she does have one eventually, with or without Arizona. I don't like how AZ is shutting Callie down so hard and I have a bad feeling they may not be together for much longer. :(

- Yes. She's too young to raise a child. And even if Mark says he's gonna be there, we all know he's a manwhore, he's gonna fall into his old self, it's just a matter of time. Cuz he'll fins out that famil-life i too boring. It's better that he get's to know his own daugther instead.

- Yes. Cuz even if I don't like Teddy Personally, she is very Good for Christina. Cuz Christina need her to learn, and I think that's good that she stays, atleast for awhile til Mark get's back to normal cuz of this adopting thingy.

I think so. Yes.

I have a feeling they are going to break up soon. Callie shouldn't be the one to make all the sacrifices. She shouln't give up her dream to become a mom. She will make a good one!
