After watching an extended promo, Stefan goes to feed on the blond girl, who Mia_Davis is saying is Tina Fell and says something along the lines of: "once I do this, there is no going back"
AHHHH what will this Tina chick have to do with the vampires in Mystic Falls. SOOO EXCITED!!!

It is not Jenna or Caroline, the girl stephan feeds on is this new character called Tina Fell. And I bet it isnt as simple as Him feeding on her cause this is the vampire diaries and there would have to be a twist.

That's not Caroline in the end.. I saw promo pics on another website and it's some random blonde girl.. http://www.vampirediariesonline.com. I didn't recognize her from anywhere but it wasn't Caroline.

Actually now that I've researched it a bit more think the blond chick Stephen feeds on is Jenna, not Caroline. I was looking through some promo picks for next week and there's a photo out there of Jenna wearing the same brown jacket at the blond chick at 0:16. They better not kill off Jenna. Seriously.
