Glee has landed one of its biggest names yet.

E! News has confirmed that Gwyneth Paltrow will appear on two episodes of the Fox hit this fall. The actress will sing and dance as the teacher who actually takes over New Directions for a bit when Mr. Schuester falls ill.

Look for Paltrow's characters to possibly serve as a love interest for Will when he returns from medical leave. Creator Ryan Murphy will even direct the actress' first episode.

They should totally do a Coldplay song that episode! haha. And Finn should have a conversation with her about how "Drizzle" is a great baby name.
I still feel iffy about all these big names coming on the show. I like that they introduce a lot of new talent, so as long as they keep doing that I guess it's fine.

Wow that's exciting! Almost like 30 Rock with some of the big name celebrity guest stars.

Glee Quotes

Rachel: This is what I wanted!
Sam: No, what you wanted was a second chance to get it right and Carmen just gave it to you. If you throw all that away you're going to be making the same mistake all over again

Finn: I seem to recall a rumor about a certain cheerleading coach at this school who once took horse estrogen and posed for Penthouse back in the day. So maybe I can just track that down and make a few copies and sell those to raise money for Regionals.
Sue: That's nothing but a rumor. But if that rumor were true, my Penthouse centerfold so groundbreaking that it completely redefined the term 'hirsute,' and gave birth unto these United States a pose so limber they named it the Regal American Not-So-Bald Spread Eagle, I promise you, my friend, you would never find it.
