Kyle MacLachlan to Appear on How I Met Your Mother
Kyle MacLachlan is coming to a CBS comedy favorite of ours.
The ex-Desperate Housewives hubby may have a major connection to How I Met Your Mother's titular, yet-to-be-revealed character, too. How does that work, you ask?
EW reports that MacLachlan is set to appear in at least two episodes of the CBS comedy as the ex-husband of the character played by House alum Jennifer Morrison.
Kyle MacLachlan will be coming to How I Met Your Mother.
She's playing the Ted-crushing architecture buff, Zoey, a character who may or may not turn out to be you-know-who, and it looks like we will meet her before him.
Jennifer Morrison debuts October 18, while MacLachlan is set to debut in November. What do you think? Is Morrison the mom? What's MacLachlan's role in all this?

she cant be the mum. if u think about it, the mum was the housemate of the character that rachel bilson played. but if shes married to the captain, i doubt she would still be the roommate to some college girl...

She can't be the mother. Ted says he meets the mother at the wedding that they just showed...but he's meeting Zoey at a protest

i don't think she's the mum...unless she dies her hair brown...I really am convinced that the mother is a brunette.
