Modern Family Spoilers: Bicycle Lessons and Prank Calls

by at . Comments

We know of at least one thing coming to Modern Family: laughter.

But Rico Rodriguez (Manny) spoke to Entertainment Weekly a couple days ago and shared a couple of actual storyline spoilers on the way for the funniest show on television.

First, look for a bike-riding lesson to turn ugly: “Jay teaches Manny how to ride a bike and Gloria decides she wants to learn, but it goes horribly between her and Jay. She needs a more motherly type of person so Luke is her guy!”

Also, Rodriguez says his mature character will celebrate his 13th birthday by “trying to shove my entire childhood into one day," adding:

“Manny was born an old man so he realizes that he never really did the normal kid stuff so he tries to do everything he was supposed to do in a couple of hours,. For example... making a prank call. He has never done that before and he doesn’t do it well.”
