As the official promo for this week's new Vampire Diaries episode makes clear, viewers are in for some fresh blood.

A couple of spoilers have already revealed that Lauren Cohan, Trent Ford and Daniel Gillies will debut on the installment as ancient vampires. What do they want? Why have they kidnapped Elena? We'll have to tune in and find out.
