Nazanin Boniadi has booked a recurring role on How I Met Your Mother.

The former General Hospital star, who appeared on that soap opera for three years, will appear on multiple episode of this sitcom as Sarah, a love interest for Barney.

Boniadi will debut later this season, though few details have been released regarding her character. The actress' small screen resume includes stints on 24 and Hawthorne.
