Gossip Girl beauty Blake Lively came in at #1 on Ask Men's annual list of the world's 99 Most Desirable Women. Not just making the list ... but #1 on the list. Wow.
Lively, who also appeared in The Town and other films last year, jumped a whopping 84 spots from her 2010 ranking. Maybe they just started watching Gossip Girl?
