Blaine won't die.... i remember reading it up somewhere that blaine's gonna audition for the new directions in season 3..... also.. he's a great character.... killing him off would be stupid!
Anyone else find Kurt's motion during the "orient" phrase (which really, GaGa, why the fuck is that in there? There's accepting yourself and there's belittling others) rather derogatory? I mean, thank god he didn't actually pull back his eyelids in a "slant" motion but jeeze. No? No? Not surprising.

What a sad, sad world we live in. Five stars for Glee. Seriously? It's the worst written show on television. Possibly the worst written show in television history. But the world loves cover versions of songs they hear constantly on the radio, so . . . . Sigh.

I think "Born This Way" episode was by FAR the best episode we've had in a while. It was entertaining with surprising twists (with Quinn's Lucy kaboosey), I was pretty satisfied.
However, the flash mob at the mall was totally uncalled for. I mean, wth was that? If I remembered the Safety Dance flash mob, even though it was only a fantasy, this one was boring, uninspiring and rather sloppy.
Having said that, I love the Emma storyline, the acting, the dialogues, it was fantastic. My favourite performance was definitely the I Feel Pretty/Unpretty song. Kurt's singing was great, it could stand for an Emmy, but Rachel-Quinn's mash-up was just very moving.
As for who I think might die, since rumour has it it's going to be female, I'm betting it on Sue's sister. She's bed ridden and Sue didn't even show this episode. I'm guessing she's gonna play a major part later and besides we haven't seen her sister in a while. If that's going to be true, I just hope the writers are able to make

Am I the only one who thinks Quinn and Finn dating is really weird?? Sure, he loved her once, but he couldn't forgive Rachel for KISSING Puck and he's ok with Quinn's lying and cheating (she was pregnant with his best friends' baby, hello!!!)? I'm sorry but the writers coudn't get me on board with that story. Even knowing is just a detour so that Finchel are back together at the end of the season, they could've made up something better, more belivable

Iloved this episode. Best performance*UNPRETTY* Nice to see TLC on a show. Im so glad kurt came back. AM i the only one who thinks his performance was a tad bit boring. why do they give the most talented singers boring songs to sing. Who AGREES WITH WE. Any way great ep

Im telling you coach beistie is going to die as she is on a new show and artie and britt are done to make way for brittana
All in all, this was a great leap from the episode last week.
Though, for me, it wasn't that perfect. With flaws like:
flash mob - seriously? I felt lacking for the flash mob thing.
Quinn&Finn - when are they going to break up?? ugh.
But, with diamonds like:
Santana - Though accepting, and being proud of what she is (LEBANESE) wasn't that easy for her, her character improves.
Quinn - Oh. I just couldn't hate her. She's a girl. She felt insecurities. And unveiling her past just makes me more love her.
All in all. BORN THIS WAY wasn't a letdown, it was a LET-UP of acceptance!!
BORN THIS WAY HEY!!!! :)

Sorry Jacob... but Glenn Close was not also the original singer of "As if We Never Said Goodbye"... it was Patti Lupone. She was supposed to reprise her role as Nora Desmond on Broadway but Glenn Close "stole" the role from her. (rumor has it). But she (Lupone) originated the role at West End months before they made a los angeles production and then almost a year on broadway both with Glenn Close.

Great episode!
My only concern was that they didn't use the verse "No matter gay, straight, or bi, lesbian transgendered life." Instead, they focused on the race lyrics. Weird?

i did like this episode, but some points still bother me
a) Will's holier-than-thou attitude. it is not his place to change emma. he's not a psychologist, he's a spanish teacher. the way he is continually trying to force emma to deal with it is like physically forcing someone with an eating disorder to eat. it can do more harm than good. him forcing fruit on her was completely innapropriate, and making her feel guilty about it, is unbelievable.
b) kurt's shirt. the thing he is most ashamed of is being gay and he would change it if he could? really? cool message

LOVED this episode. Awesome throwback to TLC. Santana and Zises are continually given the best lines, particularly Santana. She's become my favorite character and I like that she's using her bitchiness for attempted good. The dance scene to Barbra Streisand was also cute, though not as good as the flashmob scene in modern family. I'm really glad the writers are addressing Emma and I love how cute Will is with her even if he is a little "too good to be true." As for this upcoming death, I was legit stumped but Chris you may be onto something!!!

AMAZING EPISODE! I laughed a lot, was moved by these beloved characters and even cried a bit. This is the Glee I fell in love with. I pretty much agree with everything in this review, except the part about Blaine dying. He can't die :( I just hope we get another Pavarotti-esque death because I couldn't stand losing a great character.

BEST GLEE EPISODE THIS SEASON! Possibly, out of the entire season! They dealt with issues/theme and all the songs were perfectly incorporated. Rachel and Quinn's mashup of Unpretty/I Feel Pretty was my favorite with Finn's song right behind it. The Barbra-vention was so good! It looked like so much fun! Seeing everyone in their t-shirts was really neat and I'm so glad Kurt is back with New Directions! I also immediately thought Emmy when Chris Colfer started to sing the Broadway tune and I could also see this episode being used for Jayma Mays and Lea Michele with their Emmy campaigns if nominated. They also deserve it! Cannot wait until next week when April Rhodes comes back!!

As if we never said goodbye is not an original Barbra song. Glenn Close was the original singer of it, and it is from Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical "Sunset Blvd." Barbra covered it some years after, but the original cast album, which was the original recording, was sung by Glenn Close, who won a Tony for that role mind you.

Made me laugh how Kurt used the shows usual spiel about 'we can't say what we mean, so we sing it instead' (seriously what is wrong with these people that they can't express anything unless it's through song?!!) and told Rachel to "listen to the words of the song" so she'd understand why she shouldn't get a nose job and the lyrics were just "Oooooooo...Barbra Streisand", sorry but soooo trite (and quite possibly the worst 'song' EVER, why not use an actual Barbra song, at least hers required some braincells to write/compose/sing).
Also made me laugh how everyone at school pretty much hate the kids in NDs but somehow they can get a whole mall dancing with them (and I'm not even going to harp on about the Warblers finally getting the other kids at the school notice that the cast can sing through one of the soppiest most out of perspective emotional mush-fests, it's not as if Kurt was dying!), and not the same as Safety Dance as that was a dream sequence.
The show is getting sillier a
