The Office season finale just got even funnier. And more star-studded.

Jim Carrey will appear on the special, extended May 19 episode. While details regarding his role are being kept secret, chances are high that he'll be competing for the vacant branch manager position.

Will Ferrell won't be sticking around in that job, but Carrey's character will face stiff competition from fellow guest stars Will Arnett, Ray Romano, Catherine Tate, James Spader and Ricky Gervais.
