I bet the eyeball is Chris Pacci! Plus we get to see him in the Baltimore episode. He was an Agent just outside of the elevator and over the 'hedge' that often said good morning to Tony and in one episode before he was killed asked Gibbs advise on a cold case.
I think I am right - but I don't have a clue why it started in Spain or why why why we need an extra circus Team to help out our guys!!

Hi Radafa. I so agree with you. The B Team (if they are EVEN that)makes me very uncomfortable too - annoyed even that they swept in and took over! I am a Tony\Ziva fan for sure, so I'll mention the fact that Ziva told Tony he had choices to make. But she wasn't talking about herself. She was, I think, talking about upholding Gibbs rule # 12 - which by the way Tony has said to her out loud on many many occasions. Like in Jet Lag - every other word from Tony was "Rule # 12" So, WE GET IT. TPTB's agenda is that Tony and Ziva can't date. No- they'd rather see him hook up with Agent Arrogant that we have seen for 3 episodes, yes? Ah, but how much do you think it urks me to see him say 10 words to this - well - what can we call her ? - certainly not a competent Team Leader - lets call her sleazy - and move in for sex with her. A heck of a lot!! I don't like the storyline because even though I know ej is not here for long - once she leaves Tony will still be at his desk and in my eye

I still think the reason Vance like EJ is because she follow order Gibbs does whatever he wants and remember Vance was told to clean up Jennay mess
First off, I LOVED the episode!! :) I think I'd be really interesting if the eye belonged to Jen, even though they already said it belongs to a male. I just think I'd be interesting to see where the case would go and how everyone would react to it being her eye.

Danny Price y'all. Spoiler tho- he's the latest victim in the finale, could be his eyeball... and hence the flashback to previous days and the drop to his martini. What i dont get is why Pauley Perette said deep fans would know who it is, cuz he hasnt played it before and i only found references i long forgot about... So maybe it's not him, i'm confused.

I find it very interesting that all the members of team Gibbs are are emotionaly invested in a member of team Barret. Actualy, it makes me uncomfortable. There's no such thing as a coincidence. I think this might be a set up by Vance. I think that Vance is trying to get rid of Gibbs and destroy his team in the process. It is being set up for loyalty problems, they have already croped up and I think it will only get worse. I even wonder if the psych evaluations by Kate's sister are what Vance is basing this on. Their strengths and weaknesses of being messed up.
Great episode... oh I am surprised that no Tiva fans mentioned Ziva's line to Tony about making choices.

I think the eyeball belongs to one of the two ladies from the episode "Power Down." That's the episode where the entire city lost power and we discover that there are 2 people who can open up any iris scanner in the entire world (it was designed as some kind of back door). The one lady was dead (they killed her trying to break into the data center) - and the other one was a Navy commander, Sarah, who at the end of the episode, was still alive.

I DO NOT LIKE THIS NEW GROUP. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO'S EYE IT CAN BE, WHAT I'D LIKE TO KNOW IS WHERE EJ GOT THE EYE FROM. I AGREE WITH MARICON DE VERA IF THIS TEAM IS SO GOOD HOW COME THEY CAN'T SOLVE THEIR CASE. THEY HAD TO COME TO THE STATES TO FINALLY TRY TO SOLVE THEIR CASE. WHAT'S UP WITH THE DIRECTOR ANYWAY -- HE ALWAYS TRYING TO BUG GIBBS. IS THAT WHY HE BROUGHT THIS NEW GROUP IN TO ANNOY GIBBS. I APPRECIATE IT IF YOU GOT RID OF THEM. FOR ABBY I DON'T THINK SHE INTERESTED IN THE NEW GUY SHE WAS JUST BEING POLITE SHOWING HIM AROUND.

I don't know who the eye could belong to other than Jenny, but I think the killer could be CIRay. He told Ziva that they had the wrong guy in interrogation. The killer has a medical beckground, and CIA operatives come from all walks of life. He has access to the case and knows what clues they have and don't have, AND knows the value of a clean corpse.

Tony is just being Tony, and that's what we love him for. It wouldn't be the same if he suddenly turned serious(hey, hopefully he also won't be too serious about the EJ relationship either). There are enough serious characters on the show already and all the regular characters work perfectly the way they are.

Gibbs was really too nice with DiNozzo, Tony's acting like a child, not to mention that he forgot to do his job. Next time it could cost someone's life. And for EJ? Someone more interested in her carreer than in anyone's wellfare.
The eye? Stan Burley maybe?

Okay, I have been thinking about possibilities as to who the eye belongs to and I came up with three that fit the profile of being a male in his 30's as has been established - Chip Sterling, the former lab assistant who tried to frame Tony, Damon Werth, the former "super soldier" who had the hots for Ziva, and NCIS Special Agent Chad Dunham, who provided some of the intel for Ziva's rescue in Somalia. Chip and Damon can probably be eliminated because I doubt either of them had retinal access to MTAC. That leaves Special Agent Chad Dunham as the most likely person.
However, I just remembered that Ducky mentioned a detached retina in the eye. Could it be that the eye actually belongs to "two" people? The retina from one person for MTAC access and the rest of the eye from someone else.
Okay I just thought of a third possibility and it deals with the mask issue. Someone may not be who they appear to be. Someone we know may already be dead and the killer is impersonating them!
i was starting to think it was ziva's boyfriend C-I-Ray.. haha. but now that the person can get into MTAC im not so sure anymore!

About the eyeball, I think the idea sucks.... Sorry about that... Because retina scan uses tha capillaries and blood vessels in the eye... So how can it scan the eyeball if it was removed from the body and with out the flow of the blood... I hope there would be an explanation by Ducky.... Or Palmer who was an expert on optalmology according to Ducky... And about EJs team who looks like a "super" or "dream team" of NCIS... I think there were inconsistencies with EJs team background... Vance is a demanding Director and very tence especially when SECNAVs calling him... If EJs Team is the best why is it the P2P case was still unsolved for a very long time and yet their team is still intact and yet still having great favors form the Director???? Look at the bigger screen they have?

I like the episode I'M not fan of EJ and her team other then that good episode. Tony being torn between the Gibbs the man he looks up to like a father or EJ the girl who he understands.
I was shock that Tony messed up the movie thats not like Tony. I think the eyes belong to Chris Pacci maybey he was a donner but you thik they would have updated the locks since season two so it might be someone more current.
I like how Tony's teasing McGee he tease him like they are brothers Tony don't let outsiders put McGee down Tony does respect McGee.
