Pacci returns in 8x22, but alive ;) I don't think you get just a eyeball at somebodies head? My money is on Chad Dunham, he has blue eyes and he fits the age!

First off, where is Mike Franks? We have not seen him all season since he went to Isral..I think Vance is working with Ziva's father and have captured Franks..In the end Gibbs will kill Vance.
How did the eye get into the drink, the bartender handles and makes the drink, NOT the customer..I think it belongs to Cort from the CIA.. The P2P killer has to be an agent who has acess to all the bases.

Chad Dunham, has blue eyes, fits the age, and we've meet him a couple times, and he's been over seas where the P2p killer could have been.

How could it be Vance's, I'm sure his secretary would have noticed him coming in with an eye patch, and again, HE'S NOT A MALE IN HIS 30'S. I have no idea what the spanish guy said, but again, look at the facts. It opens MTAC that means CURRENT agent, no one is left in a federal agencies active security clearance database after they are retired or dead, so no it can't be Morrow (Retired & Well Over 30) It can't be Vance (Same), and no it's not Tony's buddy (No Access) and the same with Kort.
Michael I agree the flashback episodes are very high in popularity, however for one of the dead agents (Kate, Jenny, Pachi, etc...) to be missing an eye would mean one of two things, they were missing an eye when the autopsy was done, and when have you seen Mallard miss something that grossly obvious, but also after the autopsy, the funeral home would notice missing body parts (yes unless it was cremated) but second thing would be Mallard has been holding onto an eye for how many seasons now

Just a thought, but Leon has been acting a bit strange. Since the eye was left for Tony, and since it must be a current NCIS agent, could it be Leon's?

I love all of the guesses people have come-up with but i don't think it is pochie because he has been dead for too long and it wouldn't be Trent Cort because in season six he was in an episode and couldn't get into MTAC because he didn't have accesses but it would be interseting if it were someone like Jenny and Ducky got it wrong
Well... since the eye can access to the MTAC, the identity of the owner can be displayed in the database of the same center. In the next episode, we may know who owns the eye.

I never post on boards like this because usually it's just alot of worthless junk and riff-raff, but this time I have to. Why in any way shape or from would it be interesting if it was the eye of someone who has been dead from previous episodes? Not only that, but it would also be impossible. If they are dead, they would be taken out of the active employee database and therefore would no longer have access to MTAC, use your heads, how many federal agencies would keep former employees especially dead ones on the active list for security clearances? Not only that, but finding the eye of a dead guy from years ago doesn't exactly make for interesting tv, shows don't tend to build gigantic season finales based on a dead character you would forget about. Not only that, but apparently no one pays attention to clues, it was revealed it was a male, 30's who had lasik, which rules out all the women mentioned, all the previous dead characters (sorry it's not Pacci's, first, they killed his killer

Also, Episode's 22 summary:
"When Tony's former partner Danny Price is found murdered and linked to the Port-to-Port serial killer, Tony flashes back to his days as a detective and Baltimore and recounts his first meeting with Gibbs."
The Eyeball might be his?

I think the eyeball belongs to Mike Franks...doesn't he have blue eyes?
No idea but i too think they using the eye color to throw us off. It can be someone who has been dead as long as Jenny has been because that wouldn't make sense scientifically that is. It cant be someone we have seen recently unless they plucked their own eyeballs out and got new ones which would not make sense at all.

I also posted elsewhere, and only because of Pauley's clue that we 'know' the person - I think that it belongs to Chris Pacci - He was the Agent in Season 1 or 2 who was just outside of the elevator doors and over the 'hedge' from the Team. He asked Gibbs for help on a cold case but was killed. He would be about the right age, he was an Agent like our Team and so could get into MTAC and also he is in Baltimore Tony Flashback Episode in May - (why him ??) so we can check his eye colour then. But I have no idea why the killings and why it started in Spain and more importantly, why why why that other circus Team is involved at all. All I can wish for is in the struggle to capture the P2P killer - Agent sleazy Barrett gets what is coming to her big time !!!

So I posted this elsewhere, but it probably is best suited here...
Okay, according to PP, if we're DEEP followers, we'd know the character.
From Ducky, we know the eye belongs to a male in his mid thirties who had Lasik (this leaves out the Coast Guard chick played by Diane Neal and the attorney - b/c of gender, because of their age, Mike Franks, Gibbs Sr, DiNozzo Sr, Fornell and Ziva's dad are safe).
According to EJ (YUCK!!!!) the serial killer is targeting Navy personnel, which would seem to leave out Trent Kort (as well as several I named earier)...but the creep could "branch out."
Last, but not least, we know the eye can open up MTAC, which would further support it not being Kort or any of the of the other males that I listed previously, since they're not current NCIS employees. I would also assume that, even if the age is wrong, NCIS keeps a pretty good tab on security, so people who are no longer associated w/NCIS, even by death (such as Jenny and Kate) couldn't hav

Look at the eye as soon as it comes out the jar. No one has yet to see this or comment on it. Its blue all the way through the pupil is also the same color. After death doesnt the eye lose color? Could also be contacts. IMO I believe that the eye color is a way to throw us off. Also who has acces to MTAC that is a male in his 30's? Even though he isnt in his 30's Im slightly suspecting Vance since he wasnt on this show. But I have to look at a few other episodes from s 01-03 because I have another idea...
