no Nora is not the mother of ted's children as he already meets her during the short period that nora dated Barny....and Ted specifically tells his kids during the yellow umbrella story that he met their mother the first time in a wedding....i hope Barny marries Robin...that would be so cute

Okay so I really want it to be Robin and Barney's wedding they've both grown since they broke up and obviously still love each other. And it would make since that Ted would find the mom at Robin and Barney's wedding since the series started with Robin. Almost every tv show has/had that on again off again couple that u just want to end up together and since we know Ted and Robin won't end up together that couple is Robin and Barney.

Someone else posted about how Robin is how the show started and if she marry barney and that's where Ted meets his wife. That actually makes a lot of sense considering why else would the show start with robin? I think robin will end up with her crush and things will just be good, not bad but not great. She will just be okay. Barney will be with Nora until they realize they don't work. Barney ends up with robin at the end of season 7 as Lilly and Marshall have their first child born. During season 8 robin and barney break up after a few episodes so barney remains fun single self for most of the season to keep viewers happy. Then at the end they get back together and get married, and that's where Ted meets his wife. MarshAl and Lilly just have fun typical parent story lines. I honestly don't know what teds storyline will be for season 7 and most of 8, but I strongly feel like he will have a relationship going great during the middle and close to the end of season 8. Then they will break

Barney is obviously marrying Robin. I think that Nora will teach him how to be a proper boyfriend and when they break up, he'll go back with Robin hence, breaking his rule "New is always better". And in Barney's wedding scene, you don't see Robin.

to keep barneys image, the producers could make barney marry nora, have barney realize it was a big mistake to marry her and then he would divorce her.

it has to be BARNEY and ROBIN. Barney really loves her, even though he's not that sure about his feelings, he does. and she likes him too. she's over ted. Robin and Barney should totally marry.

Here's what I think : Barney is going to marry Robin. Frankly, I don't mind Barney with either Robin or Nora, but I do think his bride-to-be will end up being Robin. The whole series began with Ted meeting Robin, and from that it led onto Ted telling the story of "How I Met Your Mother" If Ted hadn't met Robin, asked her out, told her he loved her, introduced her into the gang, Barney would have never fallen in love with Robin, the two would have never gotten married, and Ted wouldn't have met the mother at the wedding...

Just because he calls them Aunt Robin and Uncle Barney doesnt mean they are related to them because future ted also calls Marshall and Lily Uncle Marshall and Aunt Lily. He says this because they are technically his family. But I would much rather see Barney marry Nora than Robin.

I'm just gonna say it... Robin is my least favorite character in the entire show. At first it was her and Ted... and I've learned to live with Ted. He's gotten some comic value in the last couple of seasons. But honestly I can't stand Robin. She's not funny, not NEARLY as pretty as they put her out to be, and frankly quite annoying. With that said. Barney better end up with Nora, cause it'd have much better value than Robin. I mean... Robin was with Ted, and they always had their on/off thing with weird looks, wouldn't that just be really awkward and wrong? NORA ALL THE WAY!!!

What I think
1. Barney is going to date Nora and Robin is going to date her crush, then they realize they like each other and Barney will propose to Robin.
2. Ted,s future wife is going to be Carly (Barney,s half sister) who,s in collage.
3. Thats why Ted refers to uncle Barney and aunt Robin when he tells the story to his children cause their family now.

I am literately dying for season 7 to begin. The last scene of Barney getting ready for his marriage has left so many unanswered questions. But will he get married ??
