Well I can basically predict what will happen next. In season 7, Ted will build the arcadian experiencing some problems as he works. Meanwhile, Marshall and Lily experiance numerous events about their child, until the season 7 finale, their son is born. It is known to be a boy from the episode Last ciggerete ever. Barney dates Nora, and Robin dates that guy from Hopeless. Eventually, they realize they love each other instead and in the season finale, Barney proposes to Robin.

i seriously think that barney is going to marry nora...he literally skipped a beat when he saw Nora....and in the last episode he said challenge accepted....which means he is going to marry NORA...it will be Legen..wait for it....Keep waiting because the half of the word is...dary...legendary....

barney said chalenge accepted when nora said he cant be with him. so i believe barney by takin the relationship that further won the chalenge will remain bachelor till the end

i dont think dat barney will get married to anyone..he will remain a bachelor till the end of last season..because d usp of barney stinsn is about his casanova image,n dat wud end if he will get married.

well, i see you guys are so into the Barney-Robin thing. believe me, me too. but you still have to remember how things turned out when they got together. "Two awesomes cancel each other out." and i'm personally touched by how nora is the first and probably the only one that can make barney want to settle down, not robin. yes, robin and barney did date for a while back then. but it wasn't like barney was fully ready to get married and stuff. and it's also very sweet that barney's heart literally skipped a beat when he saw nora at the restaurant. so what i'm saying is, barney and robin are awesome. but that doesn't mean that have to end up being together. plus, there's too much awesome in their relationship and like barney said, "Two awesomes cancel each other out. I personally think it will be Nora. She really did have an impact on Barney (his first valentines day date in "desperation day") and that guy that robin had a crush on in "hopeless" will end up with robin. Although they do have several "Barney and robin will be together moments" in the show, they also had that with Ted and Robin too. Although, himym is really great at keeping you guessing, so we'll just have to wait and see:)

also I think they should of continued what they had planned for us before it got renewed, and after it got renewed they should of made random videos cause its still funnny tbh.

I personally think Barney was marrying Robin. Though Ted (the narrator) claimed there were more stories on the guy that Robin met at the store, you guys do realise that Ted would definitely feed us with all the details before the marriage took place, right?
Maybe Robin dated the guy for a while, while Barney continued being awesome and single, or at least, on and off again with Nora. Eventually, they found each other again.
That's my two-cent.

Barney will be with Robin for one reason and one reason only:
-in 5x7 titled "Rough Patch", after Robin and Barney's initial breakup, Ted says "They needed to let things run their course." which means something big is foreshadowed.

@bratin you are a freaking genius i never thought about it like that. But i also have to wonder if they're not tricking us and barney is just asking if he looks "awesome" in the suit and NOT actually getting married. I like Nora for barney because while Robin is bad ass she has daddy and commitment issues and so does barney so barney needs someone like nora who is capable of committing. and im tired of robin liking ted or barney every time they get serious with somebody else. She just doesnt want anyone else to have them.

Barney's step sister is the future wife of Ted,her name is Carly or something.When Barney's dad met Barney for the first time, he told him about his family which included a daughter but she was never shown. Also Ted dated this girl Cindy whose roommate is the future wife of Ted and Cindy was there when Ted went to the wrong class in his first day, also Ted's future wife was in the same class.And Barney's dad also mentioned that his daughter is in college. And of-course she was in Barney's wedding.

Ted 's Future Wife Is in Band, remember, so she might be playing the music for the wedding. That is how they are going to meet.
Also It was raining, (As we know Ted leaves his yellow umbrella which is basically his future wife's , so at the wedding he might remember about Cindy' room mate)
Aside From that, I like Barney and Robin ,more than Barney and Nora.
