@morgan-I feel like you can't put too much stock in the books. I have read them all and there just aren't enough similarties to think that the whole, Elena becoming a Vampire, then dying, then coming back as a crazy supernatural being is going to happen. And even in the books it's always Stefan. She has her slip ups with Damon, but it always is, and always will be Stefan for her.

I'm so glad someone else mentioned Joey and Pacey. I get so sick of people talking about Stelena being soulmates and how it's just automatic that they're going to always be together. That'd be a boring show - tension is always needed. The dramatic triangle isn't something that's limited to one show. Besides, this is Kevin Williamson - just because two people are soulmates doesn't mean they're going to be together. Case in point: his first TV show.

Also, did Damon forget already that Stefan is in this position being Klaus's puppet and away from his love because he was saving Damon's life? Damon owes Stefan big time and he better find him and save him and definitely not try to steal his girl in the meantime, that's so lame.

what? damon and elena as brother and sister - HELL NO! THERE'S CHEMISTRY THERE! DELENA IS EPICNESS. I was over stelena from the 1st episode, they are just too mushy ugh. stefan is too moody and irritating with elena - nice to see an evil side of him this season. hope alaric gets more lines - he is so cool. loving Jeremy and Matt scenes and the hottness between caroline and tyler, good twist with carol but really hope caroline's ok. haven't seen this episode yet but really looking forward to it. interesting concept with the ghosts and why the hell not?! this show always surprises me.

The whole show is about Stefan and Elena's love and that's the reason a lot of people watch it, so the Delena fans are just getting their hopes up for nothing. This show would be nowhere if it wasn't for Stefan and Elena's love. If everything goes by the books, then why even watch the show, just read the books.

The explanation for Klaus' master plan is actually quite simple.
Why doesn't he simply use Ray to drip the werewolf blood into a vampire?
Being a werewolve is hereditary. If you don't come from a werewolf bloodline, you can never be a werewolf, that's that. That makes them both rare and hard to track down, since they can't just create new ones like vampires do by forcing their blood down others' throats.
Therefore, the only way a hybrid can be born is by doing the reverse. Transform a werewolf by bloodline into a vampire.
Vampires drinking werewolf-blood would probably only lead to heavy food-poisoning or worse...

The few stelena shippers left say it will always be stelena and are so cocky lol! Guess there should be no show then?! Yea Buffy was gonna end up with Angel and Joey and Pacey..oh wait that woulda been boring. ;). Read the books. Elena wont be human forever and she will fall hard for Damon. Delena will happen but it will be a slow build. Elena is a character and all characters evolve and change. Stelena is cute and high school. Delena is mature and will be endgame .

Stefan needs to come back to Elena already, the Elena and Damon scenes are getting too annoying and stupid and they need to stop.

I didn't like this episode at all. I don't think Damon and the Delena fans need to assume that just because Elena doesn't want him to get hurt, it means she loves him. I completely agree with the brother and sister relationship between Damon and Elena, as Elena has always and will always love Stefan, and that's how it should be. Damon needs to stop getting all confused and trying to get in her head by making stupid comments. There needs to be some Stefan and Elena progress very soon, otherwise this show is loosing me. Elena would never give up what she had with Stefan for anything, otherwise it would be totally out of character for her. Obviously, Stefan is staying with Klaus so he can protect Elena and his brother, so he doesn't go after them, so it's kind of annoying that Stefan has no other choice right now but to be Klaus's puppet, but hopefully this will end soon.

That werewolve thing is pretty obious, isn't it? Werewolves can't be created, because it's in there DNA, so there is no way to make a vampire into a werewolf...

But there's only so many times the show can focus on teasing these two as a couple before it gets more irritating than intriguing.

Delena fans should just get 1 thing straight,the writers r jst giving u a chance to be happy after 2 seasons of stelena,they have already made it clear for u elena and stefan r going 2 endup together coz they already made it seem like elena wouldn't exist without stefan,and she as her xter wouldn't want to b with sum1 lyk damon even thou he's changed bt dat doesn't excuse what he's done in the past and all d pain he's caused to elena.STELENA 4 ETERNITY.

I don't miss Bonnie either :-) Hope she stays away for more episodes. I really don't like that character.
Klaus, on the other hand, is quite interesting. When he said something like "you're my only comrade now" to Stefan I almost wanted to give him a hug o_O The poor (strongest, oldest, most evil) hybrid is LONELY. Maybe he shouldn't have killed his entire family in the first place...
AND "Mister former H.R.G." PLEASE DON'T KILL CAROLINE.
Btw, I disagree with the statement that there is a "fun sibling vibe" between Elena and Damon. There are tensions between siblings, but not this kind of tensions. At least I never had something like this with neither one of my brothers (it would be creepy). The scene in her bedroom was so intense, I was sure that the kiss will happen this time.
"Why can hybrids only be made out of werewolves?"... probably because you can't MAKE a werewolf at all. That is why Klaus is a hybrid in the first place, his father was from a werewolf bloodline.
I had a feeling that something will go wrong with the plan of creating an army, but the whole "the doppleganger is not really dead" thing puts us right in square one. At some point Klaus will find out that Elena is alive and he will come to kill her AGAIN. Everyone will try to protect her AGAIN. Because it would be too simple if she was safe for once. I get that she is the main character here, but after a whole great season of saving Elena I don't want the show to fall into the same pattern.

i thought the episode was pretty good, liked the action and I didn't think that there was too much of it!
What if Vicki is actually good in the end and that it's Anna that we really shouldn't be trusting?? I think that would be a good twist!
And what is going to happen when klaus figures out that Elena is alive?? Btw why is Stefan so special there's something deeper going on there!!
I MISS ELIJAH!!!! Please bring him back soon this season!

I think hybrids only be made out of werewolves cause none can be turned into a werewolves, I mean they just have it in the blood, but anyone can be turned into a vampire. I don't know, its just an idea

One off the best Episodes yet!This season is really special! Every episode is strong, emotional and action loaded!
The hunting part really was entertaining,hoped for more fighting less back stabbing! This Klaus/Stefan Bromance is really nice! I see them really connecting! I get Klaus a little better now! He always felt left out because he is what he is adn he doesn't want an army he wants friends!
The last Delena scene was nice even when I'm not a fan it was hot and emotional!
The Caylor story is really interesting. And the scene between Mrs Loockwood and Taylor was really touching! The Hunter is really great and soulless, and It's Daddy!!! What a twist!
WHERE THE heck is BONNIE!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in hating mode so much for it! She would take out this Hybrids so easily! OMG!
I thought the Jeremy story would be better! Currently is very superficial and just talk!
Damon: She's strong and crafty and you'll die. Elena: At least I'll die trying.
