The story will follow a young couple that manages an apartment complex in New York City where unusual events start to overwhelm their lives. Sounds pretty cool, huh?

Other pilots that have been picked up so far include a remake of The Green Arrow comic book and The Carrie Diaries on The CW. Anne Heche wll also anchor a new comedy on NBC and CBS will feature Sherlock Holmes in the present day.

i think ABC is going through big changes, this year there going after more and more bald projects, good for them all the pilots they have ordered seem to be quite interesting, hope many of them will get picked up for series
