Watching the 100th episode was like getting punched in the face multiple times. First, Georgina as GG? I think she made a deal with the real GG that if she (Georgina) found something worthy of a comeback, she could take over GG. Second, Dan needs to check himself before he wrecks himself. Dair is just a friendship, an awesome friendship at that. Third, Louis, Louis Louis. I am not going to hate him for what he did. If he knew what Blair and Chuck were doing behind his back, he would be crushed. Blair couldnt help but follow her heart, and because Louis was in love with her too, he had to stand up for himself and stop himself from getting hurt again. Though he did say, that he will stop hating her when he feels like it. Which can be translated as, he loves her, but he wants her to suffer the way he is suffering. You really cant hate Louis for what doing, love can make us do crazy things. But im not going to deny that Chair belongs together. Thank you writers, you are amazing!

My little Chair shipper heart grew three sizes when Blair told Chuck she loves him more each day.

Chuck makes so much progress and somehow he still gets blamed for everything.

Next week looks like a fun episode with Dan/Blair. I'm not opposed to a friendship or fling between them for awhile because after tonight it's clear as day Chuck and Blair are endgame (in my humble opinion).

All in all I was pleasantly surprised with this episode.

Okay, I'm not done... one last thing to say then I shall shut up.

As far as Dan writing Louis' vows, Blair will wonder why, Dan will tell her (or look around nervously and she'll get the answer out of him), and she'll think it's sweet (sickening or not, no idea yet).

In the end, Louis loved Blair up until that point. He probably still loves her, but his mother pulled him away after the Chuck and video incident, and most likely told him to just go along with it. She said it earlier, marriage is a contract, and love is just a bonus. Louis was most likely hurt and let his anger hide that. In the end, I am happy she ran out and I really want to see that prince squirm. Muahahaha.

Anyway, as a major Chuck/Blair fan, I really hope they drop the dan/Blair thing. Even if I wasn't biased, (which I admit I am. I HATE the idea of Blair and Dan & my heart swells whenever there’s a Chuck & Blair scene) I don't see how it would make sense at all. Chuck and Blair better get together soon! I can’t take it!!

also reason #4,327 that I hate dan: in the last 2 episodes he has blamed Chuck for something he didn't do. Go away dan, you are such a loser.

And the REAL Charlie Rhodes finally stood up? There's a new twist to come, probably going to explore more into it in a new season, unless they want to cram that new plot in with this one. We'll see!

Can't wait until the next episode! :) I'm actually rooting for a Chuck and Blair union, but I'm not opposed to a Dan and Blair, if it happens. Serena will just have to live with the fact that she left Dan and never went back to him when he wanted her. So there.

    (I'm done now!!)

Just wondering, how do people who want dan/Blair think it’s going to work?? She's married to louis (who she doesn't love obviously) and she's couldn’t be more in love with Chuck (very obvious). Also, though dan is obsessed with her, she doesn't like him as more than a friend. In this episode she was encouraging serena to be with him & she hasn't really shown any interest in him. (also she’s already juggling Chuck and louis, this is ridiculous). Just because dan wrote her vows (which could be seen as an awful thing since he helped louis fool her into thinking that he loved her) won't make her totally change her mind about chuck & everything. That's ridiculous. The only way I see them happening is if they have a short fling b/c she still thinks that she can't be with chuck...but that doesn't really make sense either. (continued...)

The biggest surprise for me, the one thing I wasn't expecting, was when Louis told Blair that their marriage was just a contract. REALLY, Louis? You know I was just feeling sad/happy for you, right?? Ass. In the end, Blair made the mature decision. Although, I suppose I could see where he'd be upset, but in the end she did choose him. If anything, they should have had a long talk about it. :/ I'm so happy Blair left then and there. I would have given him a good slap, but can a princess even slap her prince without having the secret service (or french royalty equivalent) jump her?

I have to say I'm surprised she didn't call Chuck. Just shows how much she trusts Dan. I don't know what to make of everything so far. I can just picture how everything could go, and I doubt Louis will be looking for his missing bride. Serena might be a little peeved that Dan is with Blair, though. Hm. (Con't)

    I'm jumping ship, go DAIR!

  9. Ellri

Anyhow, now off to when Blair's mom went to see Chuck. I thought then and there, Blair would stop the wedding. I was surprised. Then I thought Chuck would "Object!" when that time came, but again I was surprised. i was even MORE surprised, when Blair didn't go with Chuck at that moment and went back up on the alter with Louis.
Rewind a second to when she left Louis standing at the alter: I felt BAD! I was choked up. "Poor Louis," I thought. He (seemed to) really cared about Blair, he wanted to marry her and he was even still defending her that morning. I almost teared.

To move ahead, I was waiting for Serena to say something to Dan. I'm not sure how he took it, I think he's just a little surprised but in the end: if you don't have feelings for someone, what can you say? He's in love with Blair despite her not having any feelings for him (although, she might? HMM.) (Con't)

So I eagerly watched the episode, I had been waiting for hours for the show to start. Basically, I enjoyed it. Thoroughly. :)

First we start off with Serena doing that little Marilyn Monroe number, which was cute. She wants Dan, but Dan wants Blair. In the end, he goes to Blair and Serena is left behind.

Skipping a few moments, I loved seeing Georgina in that hat. Seems like she was trying to outdo Blair who herself has been wearing hats (albeit not as.. grand). Georgina as Gossip Girl, though? No. I don't see how she could have been GG all this time. I see it as a way for her to take advantage of the fact the real GG is in hiding, and doesn't the Upper East Side just NEED a Gossip Girl? Haha. (Con't)

  11. lila

wow I finally got that NJBC is non judging breakfast club. I kept thinking that it stood for nate, jenny, blair, chuck which didn't make any sense :) haha

  12. lila

I hope next episode chuck and blair finally get together or at least in the next few episodes b/c it's getting frustrating. also, it seems 100% like dan likes blair but blair only loves chuck (but is being a lunatic and refuses to be with him anyway) so it wouldn't make sense if anything happened with them. I think she just sees him as a helpful friend. She and chuck need to be together, but blair is being so annoying lately! I know what louis is doing is rude, but she shouldn't have married him when everyone else even knew that she didn't want to. Go to chuck blair!!

  13. Matthew Phillip

Great episode. Why are they playing with my Dair heart? I like that the connection is still going, but it's frustrating having Blair always go back to Dan just when something goes wrong, I want more then that. They've been building it up for more then that. Louis was a bit shady, but the way Blair treated him was despicable. I guess it made it a little more understandable why he did what he did. And finally his character actually brought something to the table. I think they need to finally sort out whether they're gonna go there with Dan and Blair. Even they bring those two together or end it now, why do they have to draw out every single friendship/relationship or whatever to the point of tedium?

loved the 100th episode. i GASPED at the end!!! regardless of what others say i think the writers did an amazing job writing for ALL couples: past, present, future. i felt some tugs with the Dan/Serena, Chuck/Blair, and Blair/Serena interaction. these characters emotions are based on a very rich history. the important part is that there was balance. it wasn't an hour of Chair back and forth, or Dair, or Derena, or Blouis...it was a well rounded episode that had something for everyone. i was very pleased. as a Dair fan, I LOVED the end scene...an homage to The Graduate but more importantly another adventure for Dan and Blair. He's the one saving her, like he's done throughout the entire season. i'm aware there were clear indications: Endgame: Derena/Chair. but just as clear was the fact that Dair is happening.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING :) best episode ever, i think.

but i dont think georgina has been gossip girl the whole time

  16. toohip

umm ok seen it. I have seen enough to tell u Blair IS headed to chuck and serena is going to dan. No going into detail just been around enought to know! cheers to chuck and blair.....

  17. Evelyn

According to the episode, Georgina calls herself the new gossip girl and the video of Blair as her first post. So, she hasn't been gossip girl all along

  18. Trè

I like the comment that Louis is the first in a line of guys falling out of love with Blair, heh. Didn't that happen in an earlier season with Serena? Anyway, awesome stuff. Could've been a lot better; I'd rate it maybe C- (or A- for Season 5). Hope Louis goes to Serena for help finding 'muh wyfe'. Hope Louis is in future episodes at all! They shouldn't cut him just when he starts getting interesting!

OMG!!! This was one a an episode. I loved watching it, it had everything I was expecting twists here and there, but the one thing that SHOCKED me the most was Louis!! OMFG his attitude I hate him now, I remember posting a few months ago that I was happy that Blair was marrying him, because he was a nice person, but never mind that he's just a bad person! I hope the NJBC gets his ass vanished for good. & Georgina as Gossip Girl? Can it be. I was shocked when I saw that. AMAIZING episode I want to watch it again! TEAM CHAIR!

With that said I did enjoy this episode especially the nods to the first episode. I loved when Serena was standing at the top of the stairs when Dan walked in and they looked at each other which emulated the moment at Grand Central in the pilot. Playing "Young Folks" although a remake was fun to hear again. Of course the quote " I love you Dan Humphrey, always have and always will" although I am a Dair shipper for the time being I use to ship Dan and Serena hardcore and to hear those words coming from Serena to Dan was sort of bittersweet for me. I am excited to see what will come of Blair and Dan's relationship now that she knows he wrote those vows I mean that has to pull at her heartstrings at least a little and realize Dan isn't just a dougnut from Brooklyn he really has true feelings for her. Can't wait for next Monday!

I have to say the biggest shock for me wasn't that Georgina is Gossip Girl but that they revealed who Gossip Girl is all together? Not that I am 100% convinced that GG is Gossip Girl or at least not convinced that she has been all this time but I just felt like that would be something to save for when the show ends you know that could have been the last reveal of the show and for only the audience to find out. Now I feel like the show is gonna have the characters focusing on trying to reveal Gossip Girl which we as the audience already know and it won't be at all interesting to watch them try and figure it out if we already know who it is.

LalaLand - agreed! You can't know how much I hoped the Everybody Loves Blair show would end!

So apparently, Louis was the first to fall out of love with the former Miss Waldorf... who's next in the "I don't love Blair anymore" sweepstakes? I know that many are betting on a Bass, but my money's on Brooklyn for the win. :-P

BTW, as much as I loved Georgie being GG, I REALLY wanted Kristin Bell in the ep! I don't know that G would have come up with some of those zingers, so I'm with those who think she's the second GG.

  23. LalaLand

Blair got what she deserved. She should've gone with Chuck

Thanks for the interview link! For me, this was the most telling Q&A:

What kind of consequences will Blair face from Louis?

Josh: All sorts of consequences. A lot. This is not taken lightly.

I rest my case, GG fans. The road from Blouis will not be easy. Just as I suspected. Even though the viewers know the marriage isn't real, Blair is now a wife, a princess and an official member of the Monegasque royal family. In the face of that, Chair vs. Dair has a much more immediate, quite sticky problem.

@Giovanni - actually, we're still pretty convinced we're endgame. And we got our weekly quota of pretty scenes from Ed and Leighton, just like we always do. But thanks for playing. :)
