I just found a new pic of alex from 2 days ago and he looks even skinnier then the last time we saw him. I am getting worried. He needs to put some of his weight back on. I wish I could post it here. Is it against the rules? I am not sure.

@martinelli..I agree completely. I am watching season 1 with my husband so he can catch up and I always catch myself feeling sad. It was such a great season and this season is just not the same. Adding the new character messed with the chemistry of the team and just changed the whole feel. BIG MISTAKE!!
We shall see what the rest of this season will bring. There is still time to get back to the way things used to be. If not there may not be a season 4. Which would make me really sad. I am pretty sure season 3 is a given no matter what happens from here on out. Unless a large amount of people bail it should be safe.

No, I'm saying that the writers should have handled the Kono storyline far better than they did, and it would be nice to see that they'd actually learned something from that fiasco and improved their performance. It would give me a little more confidence that we might avoid any more poorly-written plotlines and characters from here on in.

@azziria
So u r saying that Lori is more important and more worthy to be protected than Kono?
Why exactly?
Why should the team fight for her?
She doesn't deserve it!

Last night watched a couple of episodes from Season 1 (episode 1 to 5) and must say, mt heart is aching. How could they ruin a great show like that? Season 1 was perfect: great teamwork, excellent McDanny moments, Chin showing Kono the ropes, it was just perfect. There was absolutely no need for another character (putting aside Lauren G's acting performance). All this character did was breaking up 2 excellent teams: McDanny and ChinKono. Unfortunately the damage is done.

@jschoi: Because I'm hoping that the writers have learned their lesson and do a better job this time round than they did with the Kono storyline!

It won't bother me if they don't fight for her, it seems as some have forgotten that they didn't fight for Kono. I they didn't fight for Kono why should they fight for Lori.

@Jeffrey: You know I'm not a Lori-lover, but I do hope that, if she goes, they give her role a 'good' ending. If it's just that the Governor fires or reassigns her and she's gone just like that it'll be a bit of a damp squib, which wouldn't really be right given that she's been a full member of the team. I might have to grit my teeth to watch it, but it would make sense for the team to fight for her.

Various Issues to address Zeo,I love Lori like anyone else but jschoi is entitled to her opinions like anyone else,it's a free country even if they are unpopular with ours! 2nd Thanks Zia for the smallest amount of support, even if we are on opposite sides! 3rd I just think that if Lori is fired for doing something another team did by not being a good "babysitter” then I think it's wrong,in most cases you get 3 warnings in most employment,1aa warning,2 a write up and suspension and 3 termination!

I got this off of Spoiler TV/Adam's teasers on 2.19, nothing on 2.17 yet.
Hawaii 5-0
Episode 2.19 is called "Kalele"
Some nice teasers for the episode with the synopsis revealing that McGarrett's sister Mary finds herself facing a long term prison sentence when she is found with millions of diamonds on her. Taped onto her, that is...
Claiming she is being used by people who kidnapped a friend of hers, the team finds themselves in a situation sure to have repercussions for the rest of the season!

I'm not much of a fan of Dannys. Hopefully episode 2.15 will make me change my mind. But the story seems too predictable. If Danny had to hurt Steve in order to save Grace then that would have been worth seeing.

I just read on tvrockstars that the team causes an incident, doesn't name anyone. If that is the case it would make perfect sense that Lori would be the one fired as she is the Governors watchdog and she hasn't been doing her job all season. It would probably be an accumulation of things she hasn't reported that finally do her in. I had also read somewhere else it was the team, I don't remember where.
I also just looked at the trailer for ep15, looks like a good one. Can't wait, good to be back to some new eps as I haven't watch the last 2 weeks.

What about the upcoming episode. It looks good to me. Since its 2.15 and we see Danny in 2.16, we know he is not really going to kill someone to get Gracie back. He shot him in the shoulder anyway. Scott Caan's acting really shows thru when Gracie is involved. I love to see him as a father. I know some of you don't like him, but I think he is great actor and I love the one liners and carguments. Alex and Scott work well together.

Everything does not revolve around Lori staying or going, we just have to wait. I agree with Jeffrey on one part, I don't think they would have the governor fire Lori for something Chin did. That would be pretty lame since they have not addressed that she is reporting back to the governor at all. I hope they found some other way to end the Lori character, if they are.

@azziria - Lenkov spoke about how the characters grow during the season. This is true, they all are growing, I mean the 4 of them, but unfortunately can't say the same about Lori, which means they don't want her character to grow, and we all know why.

Ah, but Jeffrey, given how much Lori's part has been cut back in the last few episodes, is it really worth CBS's money to continue to pay Lauren's salary for that? And wouldn't it be better for Lauren's career for her to leave and take a role in a film or TV series where she can really show her strengths and where she'll be more universally loved than she currently is in H5-0?
Still, I guess the next few episodes will answer our questions.

I still think she is staying, not based on a concrete evidence, just a gut feeling a hope I guess. I feel that even if the governor fies someone the team will defend that person and try to save them even if it takes several episodes, that's the nature of Hawaii Five-O!

@Zia - I know someone asked him about sexual tension and he spoke about Catherine. I would say too that the silence is suspicious, but NOT understandable because there is such controversy over this character. They all know the forums are full of complaints, there are petitions etc, so I think the Lori question has been avoided intentionally. I know he can't give us details about what will happen, he tried to answer all the questions in such way that no specific detail was given, and even so we got some hints. Except of course the Lori question, which, again I think has been avoided intentionally.
I remember him too talking about actors who are killed off and bla bla bla and he mentioned Jenna but that's all. I don't know if I'm right but he insisted too much in explaining this question, his answer was long, and it gave me the impression that this is not just about Jenna.

@Martinelli.....There was only one mention and that was by the caller asking if Steve would have any sexual tension between Lori or whoever. PL said Catherine was coming back and they were trying to keep her. After that not one word from the interviewer or anyone else. The silence is suspicious, but probably understandable since there is such controversy over this character.
I remember him talking about actors who are killed off or taken off the show, that they don't like to do that, but that they are professionals and understand the industry. He said Jenna Kaye's exit was hard for him, but it defined Wofat more.

I find it a bit strange that no one mentioned her in the interview, not even the fans who asked questions, or they intentionally avoided the question ... I don't know.
