This episode was AWESOME!!! finally we get to see the evolution of stefan. I like seeing him bad and slowly getting on the long road to redemption it gives his character more depth. Just having "nice" stefan isnt enough, you want to see the fallen hero, the struggles he faces and how he is going to overcome them. And by the way she said "I kissed Damon" because she realized she did kiss him back and yes it some way she cares about him but its still mainly about stefan, for right now. and her seeing him react the way he did was a wake up call to her that the stefan she loves is still there but she can't force him to be the person he once was nor does she know if she could be with him even if he did let his humanity fully come through.

I liked the episode but it did feel everywhere and almost like too much was going on. Loved the Forwood...hopefully Tyler can get it together and unsire himself. Glad Bonnie had a storyline but it seems like everything was finished a little too neatly wrapped at the end. Elena and Stefan scenes tonight were very interesting. Paul and Nina do an excellent job at those emotional silent scenes...or maybe Paul. Stefan is trying to be this bad a@@ to try and get rid of Klaus but deep down he is doing it for payback and of course to protect the people that he loves (Damon and Elena). Elena always gets in the way of their master plan to finally be free of villains. You almost wish she would shut up sometimes. Finally another orginally is up and about. I kinda thought it would be Becca first then one of the others, then possibly Elijah. Elijah seemed to be the toughest of them all with a weakness for his brother. Has anyone noticed yet that Klaus never does his own dirty work.

This episode was easily the weakest of the entire season. No flow what so ever, almost nothing made sense or was even that interesting. Dr Fell is hott, Bonnie bores, even Klaus was blah. Only thing that was good was the return of Elijah and that was Killer. But seriously, hardly any Damon and no Delena? What the f*ck is this bullsh*t?

So Id rather have Elena and Stefan make up even though I'm one of Damon's biggest fans. The episode was a little jumpy but come on people its TVD. They have to keep it going so they have to put all these different stories in one which I think makes the show incredible. I absolutely can't stand Dr. Fell whether shes crazy or not. Bonnie and her mother will probably be amazing together eventually. ELIJAH! Pretty cool but I was hoping Damon had released all of them. Overall it was good but definately not the best, I would have enjoyed it more if there would have been even more scenes with Damon in the episode. I love him!

Solid episode, but i totally agree. Bonnie is not a character that is that likable (shes such a downer) and she NEVER talks about her mom, so i didn't buy that emotional scene that much. I know, i know, just cus she doesnt talk about her doesn't mean its not an issue in her life, but still they could've worked up to this a few episodes prior by just having Bonnie talk about her a bit.
I wish there was more Caroline! 2 scenes is not enough for me! And she didnt even mention Klaus :(
Totally loved the scene between Elena and Stefan when she told him about the kiss and when he later punched Damon for it. It meant he still cares! Even if I want Damon and Elena together its nice to see Stefan still cares.
Loved the arrival of Elijah! Obsessed with his character :)

I loved the Tyler/Care/Klaus off, hated no Delena and wasn't thrilled about the sudden Bonnie centric episode. Compared to the last few weeks, this one left me cold and kind of bored....for TVD.

personally, i don't think she is good enough to have either of the brothers, she is seriously annoying.
but if one of them were to deserve her, it would definately be damon, she does have to move on from stefan
(@ DamonandElijah Yeah, i think she was talking about herself too) and she even said to stefan 'I kissed Damon', not 'Damon kissed me' or 'Me and Damon kissed', either she was trying to make stefan jealous (no) or she was kinda saying she wanted it to happen too, OH AND WOO ELIJAH i was like crying with happyness!

I agree with most of the review. Bonnie isn't cuttin it and the episode was literally everywhere. I missed Delena too, Dr Fell is gorgeous but cray cray

MY PREDICTION ABOUT THE CASKET: i THINK IT IS HIS MOM WHO IS THE ORIGINAL WITCH. The one true person who could probably reverse the spell or find a way to kill him without the tree. I think he still loved her even though he killed her, so he kept her but somehow got the casket locked or she created the coffin for him but Klaus ended up putting her in there after he killed her.

Caroline and Tyler: Hope that it's goinhpg to work out.
Dr. Fell: Way too obvious that she has a secret agenda... And it's not being a good doctor. Alaric is an idiot... Or lust makes him blind.

Look, I want Bonnie to have much more weight in the show but the writers are obviously struggling with that. Now I don't know how but it needs to be done. And I hope the showdown with the coffin will give Bonnie the space to shine.
I am Team Originals at 110% so my delight when Elijah came back was beyond words. Daniel Gillies is a terrific actor, just like Joseph Morgan and there can't be anything better than to have all the originals awake and fully functional. It would be AMAZING.
I love Tyler even if I ship Klaroline and I thought his scenes were super sweet. He's obviously willing to do what it takes and no one can blame him.
I do not care about Dr. Fell at all and I agree that Alaric telling her about the ring was just dumb. I'm looking forward to him losing the ring "unexpectedly".
I hated Stelena just as much as Delena but now, I'm looking forward to them. This scene with Stefan was beautiful. Paul Wesley is just so underrated sometimes.

I was screaming with excitement when Elijah woke up and I also thought Elena was talking about herself when she told Alaric that it is time to move one. I hope they do not drag out that locked coffin for too long because I am becoming less interest in it. I love that Tyler is trying to break his sire bond for the one person he loves which is Caroline. I cannot wait to see Elijah and Klaus in action on the next episode.
Damon: She's strong and crafty and you'll die. Elena: At least I'll die trying.
