Vampire Diaries Episode Pics: The Return, Wrath of Elijah
Elijah made a brief return to The Vampire Diaries last Thursday night, but he makes his presence officially felt on the February 2 installment, "Bringing Out the Dead."
Much to the chagrin of Damon Salvatore.
Indeed, while VD fans across the globe couldn't be happier that this Original is back in the land of the living, Damon may feel differently, considering the situations he'll apparently find himself in next week, as evidenced by the episode photos just released by The CW.

It may be shocking to see Elijah back from the dead, but it's strange to see him tracking down Damon. The remaining pictures are more shocking than I thought from more strange mysteries and Klaus wanting revenge all over again. I would prefer that Klaus should be dead later on in the season and have Elijah as a good helper again like in season 2 episode 11. Good will always triumph over bad and I just can't wait for more episodes to come. =) XD =O =P ;P

You know what Klaus would've done? Bite them and then give them an ulitmatum. Give him back the coffin or they both die. Or he takes Elena and tortures her.

I can't understand why Elijah is choking Damon and stands by klaus's side after all that he has done, I was so glad seeing him back and I thought that he will be Damon's ally against Klaus but it looks like he has chose the wrong side.I don't want him to hurt Damon :(

Why is elijah attacking damon?May be damon tried to be arrogant again,this pic remind me of 2.14 when damon tried to challenge elijah and elijah said "you young vampires,so arrogant how dare you came in here and challenge me" God elijah is awesome,can't wait to see him again.

IT'S LOGICAL THAT ELIJAH HATES DAMON NOW. HE WAS THE ONE WHO RELEASED HIM FROM THE DAGGER...ELIJAH (OF COURSE) HAD EXPECTED TO WAKE UP SOME HALF CENTURY LATER. :D

Yes, it's true we have a lot of eye candy on this show:-) I am so happy, that Elijah's back! But why is he attacking Damon? Shouldn't he be mad at Klaus?

K, why is Elijah choking Damon? Last I checked, he and Klaus ran from the 'Sacrifice' ceremony on the promise that Klaus was going to give Elijah his family. Wherein Klaus followed by daggering him and putting him in the coffin. Uhh, wrong side Elijah???
