I actually start enjoying watching this show as an example of "how to screw up a TV show". It's just unbelievable how they manage to give their strongest and most versatile actor no single other storyline than going after a girl they end up putting with someone else for 17 STRAIGHT episodes!!! And even worse, they are really exposing their strongest actress, because she has nothing genuine and real left to work with her character after emotionally tossing her around between three different guys within just a few episodes...and it's starting to show in the quality of the acting as well...I would be so pissed off, if I were these actors...

To be honest, people have changes of heart so I don't see why it's a difficult concept to grasp when it comes to tv series characters when I am pretty sure we've all be in a more or less similar situation at some point or another.
The storyline is a breeze of fresh air on the show, however it does bother me that it seems like only Dan and Nate have got something going on outside of relationships. Whatever happened to uni/college? To Serena wanting to work and do something for herself and Blair prioritizing her future too? Don't even get me started on Chuck, we haven't seen him in anything business related for a very very long time.
Please Does any one know why there is no any hints to episode 18, they used to provide us with the title at lease but i have been checking and there is no single news about it . My guess that they still discuss either the renewal or the cancellation of the show , so they do want to for the time being to come with something that probably hurt their decision. I do not know does any one agree with me? and if does not please share your opinion

And Chuck told Raina She was Sacred to him before he was chasing and terrorizing Blair with epic love. So this "Her feelings change to quickly" crap from "Where's Waldorf" is null and void.

The show has taken a different direction for the time being. It's not the Chuck and Blair show, and anyone watching solely for that is a fool. Either roll with the new storyline or Just go. And don't give me this crap about it having nothing to do with Dair, it has EVERYTHING to do with Dair.
For the record i've been Derena since the show started but i'm rolling with this new direction because it's fun and something new. Maturity.

I don't get why Chair fans are suddenly so mad. Have you not been watching the last two seasons? It's fairly obvious this is where Dan and Blair's relationship was going as there has been a natural, albeit still gradual enough development in how they are to one another. Is anyone suggesting Dan is her soulmate? Who the hell knows, at the end of it Blair appears to be happy, and content. And if Dan brings that out of her, at least for now why would it be so horrible for them to both be able to experience their own feelings of happiness?

I don't want Chuck and Serena together romantically, but if they were to down spiral from the hurt of Dan and Blair being together and happened to have sex, I honestly wouldn't blame them. The people that believed in them the most completely blew them off. Its got to sting.

Dan Humphrey said he loved Vanessa, then she came back and he was in love with Serena. Dan appeared into Olivia, but was in love with Vanessa. Dan appeared in love with Vanessa and cheated on her with Serena. Dan appeared in love with Serena but suddenly loved Blair? It's a joke. His love means nothing. Chuck has only every said he loved Blair. He's never had a problem choosing.

I've stopped watching this show not because I'm a chair fan and I'm put out that Dair are getting together but because the writing of the how the are destroying chuck.
If they want Dair to happen that's cool just not at the expense of chucks character growth. I think safron underestimates chucks popularity, even without the coupling with Blair. It feels like all chuck is there to do now is battle for a girl who messes with people's feelings and doesn't care about him and in the process they are making him the bad guy as always while muppet gets to look like the perfect gentlemen .. It's frustrating!
Safron this is my request, let him accept Dair and please stop with the heartbroken, scheming against them crap and give him a good storyline outside of this circle of never ending torture.

Right now, I think the only way that the writers can successfully finish off chair is pulling the old tragic love story storyline. I want Chuck to die somehow, and for Blair to be so distraught she kills herself. I love these type of Romeo and Juliet story lines and I find them fascinating. I think that this is the only way they can finish Chair off properly because the writers obviously can't write anyone in a relationship very well. It would be very tragic and very Chuck and Blair. In a way, I think I've always wanted this kind of ending for those two haha. I would love to hear your opinions on this.

@Moglio That didn't stop people from jumping to conclusions about Dan and the video and he's been called almost every insult by disgruntled fans/shippers.
In fact, you're the one jumping to conclusions about Dan right now, you should take your own advice and not jump to conclusions about anyone.

All them things chuck did to Blair Dan will never do to her Dan would never had fall for Blair and Blair would have fall for Dan if chuck would have never sleep with Jenny blair and chuck will have been Marrried I love both couple it just Dan turn together with blair in don't stop watching the show cause chuck in Blair not together cause if you stop you will never see the show you will never see chuck and Blair together so just watch the show

All you people are going on about how bad it is for Chuck to bankrupt Blair’s family. You haven’t even watched the show, how can you be sure that is going to happen? For all you know, Chuck saying ‘You framed me’ might be because Dan was actually the one who bankrupted the family but is blaming Chuck on it. (with his history I wouldn’t put it past him, he blames Chuck for everything).
I’m not saying that is definitely going to happen but people need to stop jumping to conclusions.
