I'm really enyijong the design and layout of your blog. It's a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a developer to create your theme? Excellent work!

@Adriana If you really want to play the ‘words’ game. Sebastian’s facts were 100% Straight!!! 1. “ It has the most likes on Facebook for any CW show. 11,301,000 likes beats 11,276,000. Period! Even if VD has surpassed GG between the time Sebastian posted and this post.
2. “It hits on iTunes every single week! He never said it ranked first over any other CW show
3. “it’s making over $50,000 for every 30 second commercial which airs during the show. A lot higher than other CW shows Again he didn’t use the word “highest So I’m pretty damn sure that no matter how loony they’ve gone with Blair’s prince storyline and how they don’t have VD ratings, the show is still successful. Sebastian also forgot to mention how well the show does internationally. Again, maybe not as great at VD, but that doesn’t mean it’s not successful.

Just the mere fact that tons of newspapers and entertainment sites blog about the show weekly and the number of people who comment on this site weekly about GG is evidence of the show’s success (even if half of the people commenting hate the storyline. They are still extremely invested. 652 comments on the Dan and Blair Will they last? compared to only 186 comments of a similar post last year -Epic Gossip Girl Trailer: Who Will Blair Choose?) GG will have a sixth season for the very reasons Sebastian noted. And if you are really that worried about facts go find a single post on this site exclusive to VD this season where more than 650 people commented, especially considering their first on TVfanatic’s header (the highest is 220, not even close even after substracting @Strollings' comments of frustration???). @Steve I think it's time you told @Matt it's time to switch GG back to the first spot.

Honestly I like Gossip Girl and 90210 too but I don't want them to get new seasons at the expense of shows that are doing better. Especially Gossip Girl, it has avergaed 1m viewers for 2 weeks in a row and what's worse is that it's affecting the shows that it's supposed to lead in, another bad one is The Secret Circle. Shows like gossip girl and 90210 should end because they are killing the very shows they are supposed to be saving by leading in... I mean what chances does Hart of Dixie have with such a bad lead in?? (OTH woulda been a better choice).. Nikita would be a better lead in for Ringer.... Supernatural for The Secret Circle and 90210 for gossip Girl... But Yank em off the air, they've run their course... They have even run out of story lines, like why are we still watching? (I'm watching cause I wanna finish what I started but if the shows end proper I will be ok)...

I personally enjoy GG much more than OTH. While I watch both, OTH is ridiculous. Everything that happens to these people from the same town is ridiculous. GG while not completely realistic either is more refreshing and humorous. I do find it a bit more believable and I actually find it less forced. I hope GG makes it another year.

@Chiara Agreed. @Juliette Gossip Girl is already more tired and repetitive than One Tree Hill, which is much steadier and doing much better than Gossip Girl is. At least in One Tree Hill, characters/relationships actually develop, they aren't stuck in a loop of repetitive, contrived, stale drama. @sasha But knowing how incompetent the CW is and how they managed to mess up America's Top Model by renewing it too early instead of Supernatural and The Vampire Diaries, both of which are doing far better and are much steadier than the rest of the shows.

I just read online (so accuracy isn't guaranteed) that Ringer is getting renewed due to very high international sales. It'll be moving to Nikita's Friday timeslot.

And who am I? That's one secret I'll never tell ... You know you love me. XOXO, Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl

Blair: Fashion is the most powerful art there is. It's movement, design and architecture all in one. It shows the world who we are and who we'd like to be. Just like your scarf suggests that you'd like to sell used cars.
Dan: Vanessa gave me this scarf.
