I was curious why no one commented on Quarles popping pills last episode - it was surprising to me to see him beginning to stray into using the drugs he plans to exploit.

I hope Ava will become the new madam and require only "drug free" girls to work for her. I'm always disappointed when this 60 minutes is up - I look forward to it each week and though some weeks are plot builders and not as exciting, it's still a great show. Love Boyd Crowder! Love Raylan too!

I enjoyed it, and knowing that the Raylan/Boyd teaming up is coming soon makes me a happy girl!
They are awesome in there own right but just AH-MA-ZING together, cant wait!!
and Ava, you go girl!! I love when they show a strong "get what needs to be done...done" type of girl not the whining "dont look for me again" type, once again I say you go Ava!!

Hold your horse. There are a lot of plot balls in the air. And another set up episode may be in order. I've learned to trust these phenomnal writers. With only 4 episodes left, and the body count steadily going up, I have no doubt the s..t is going to hit the fan.
Raylan was told by Art to stand down on Quarles. He has Gary's murder weapon hidden. And his lead to Quarles, Tanner, was blown up. Limehouse was not helpful. I'd say this set up episode was necessary to put Boyd and Raylan on the side against Quarles. And this is not going to look good for the recently 'cleared for now by the JD and FBI' Raylan.
Ava *could* become a madame with a heart, allowed to operate a cleaner, gentler, classier brothel than that scumbag Delroy.

I liked Raylan and Ava in the bar at the beginning of the episode. Raylan kissing her hello reminded me of when he first showed up at Avas house back in season one and she kissed him on her porch. It was nice to see them flirt, even though I like her with Boyd. And yes, Boyd was epically awesome tonight.
