NCIS: LA Promo & Photos: "The Dragon and the Fairy"
After an outstanding two-part episode during February sweeps, NCIS: Los Angeles finally returns with a new episode tomorrow night, following NCIS at the usual time.
Tuesday, the special ops team investigates a shooting outside the Vietnamese Consulate just prior to an international conference at the venue that the Secretary of the Navy is scheduled to attend.
