In this sneak peek from tonight's all-new NCIS, Tony sports a new look.

DiNozzo also gets a long, hard look courtesy of someone from his past.

When a warehouse fire compromises Navy documents and thus poses a threat to national security, Tony, his new boots and the rest of the agents join the Baltimore P.D.’s investigation. That's when he catches the eye of a young arson investigator (Friday Night Lights' Gaius Charles) who recognizes him immediately.

We'll clearly learn much more about their connection over the course of the hour ... unless Gibbs kicks "Heffy's" rear end off the investigation. Take a look at the scene from "Rekindled" below:
