2. YES i love love love bart! i am a firm believer that the show died when he did. and now that he's back the last two episodes have been better...
3. yes but mainly becuase i hated diana and i wanted her gone preferably for good.
4. i dont think so. maybe it was dorota trying to get blair to end her horrible relationship with dan.
5. dans hair OH MY GOD i couldnt even deal with it. it blew me away! seriously though he needs to shave that off.
6. can i go with vanessa because i like her more than i like these 2 and thats saying a lot because i am a giant vanessa hater.
7. serena and blair fight. whatever. then blair choses chuck. yay! hopefullly. and serena sleeps with dan and then realizes that she only did that to get back at blair and nate. because she loves nate and wants to get back together with him and he did screw her over in the other episode. plus i got the vibe that S was jealous of nate and lola way more than dan and blair. i mea

I don't think B will choose Chuck, I think Dan/Serena will sleep together because Serena tricks Dan into thinking that he and Blair are broken up out of jealousy/vengefulness, and Blair gets the blast and chooses herself.
more than the moment he called security! Yeah I know it was all about safety but you don't do that to your child who just found out that you are still alive! But of course the way they ended that scheme was super lame!
B had some fun lines this episodes... my favourite was the Ivy dissing^^ But for heaven's sake what's wrong with her outfits and hairstyles?...I wanted to cry! Last week we were reminded that Leighton Meester still got it into her because I haven't forgotten about that tiny blue dress and her nice hair! So really... what the hell?? Her outfits are just hideous!
What I liked about the show was the reminder of S and B frienship! It was good to see before now everything is crahsing! For a moment we even got to see that cute picture of S and B still in high school. That was really nice!
I think Nate likes Diana more that he wants to admit! This is not over yet! Lola sucks...still she looked beyond hot in that dress!

why have they ruined the dair relationship? they spent a year building it up just to throw it away for the chair nonsense YET AGAIN. SICK of this show now
Oh my god the hair question killed me :D When I saw Dan standing first of all in that bathrobe (seriously only Chuck can make a robe look good)AND that ridiculous hair my mouth went open and I was like "Jesus Christ this is really the point of no return! It can't get any worse!" And I agree with Courtney...this should have been the cue for Blair to make the quickest gateaway and running directly into Chucks waiting arms! Because SERIOUSLY how can she not see that??? Uaah I also surely missed two minutes of the episode because I was too busy gaping!
The question about Serena: Of course she didn't send that in! Why would she? You only take a picture of someone's diary if you want to harm that person! I will not believe that Serena was lately considering hurting Blair! Additionaly we know G. is coming back...sooo question answered^^
The scenes between Bart and Chuck were great....you could see that Chuck was was turning into a little boy again in a heartbeat. I think I never hated Bart

There is supposedly a short sixth season, so since there are 13 episodes to account for Blair can't get back with Chuck yet. The Canadian promo seems as if both Chuck and Dan say "enough already" which will leave our newly re-Blaired Blair to spend those 13 episodes blasting and making up with Serena and scheming to win back the man of her dreams who will be Chuck. It should probably be Dan as he certainly appears to love her more, but then he skeevily sleeps with Serena so it's a wash.

i think that in the next episode blair and chuck will be talking and thats when he says she needs to choose other wise he is not going to wait for her anymore and move on. towards the end of the episode chuck is going to get a package and a note. the note saying I'm sorry and i love you and the package being their ring.
i think when chuck told blair that he "let her go" in therapy by dropping off the ring on the steps, she went back to that place and bought the ring back knowing that one day they will reunite.
by the end i think that chair will be back together and they go to the casino and the season ends with them getting married in vegas with no one there just the two of them...
I think it's pretty clear Blair's going to choose Chuck, just based on how her relationship with Dan has been written- I mean, she couldn't seem less into him if she tried. She's like 3 feet away from him in that pic of them kissing. And I actually think that will make the Serena/Blair fallout even worse, because Blair screwed over their friendship for a guy she didn't even like that much, and Serena obviously still loves him. My guess is the finale ends with CB together, DS angst/cliffhanger, and SB not even on speaking terms.
Also, the ratings are terrible because, quite frankly, the show has been pretty terrible. I don't think it can be solely blamed on any particular pairing, but what they did to the show as a whole to make Dan and Blair happen as a couple, IMO, bears most of the blame. We were like 20 episodes into the season before any storyline besides "who does Blair love the most?" got any serious screentime. People are just sick of it.
The return of Bart was soap-opera cheesy to be sure, but at least it gave Ed some great moments. He is just... way too good an actor for this show.
I loved all the Chair scenes, but the scene where Serena is pretending to be Blair and bashing Dan and Blair's relationship (while wearing a headband!) was absolutely hilarious. The Brad/Angelina/Jennifer comment? She's so good at playing Blair it's almost scary.
I think the finale will involved a Serena/Blair catfight for sure, although I don't think she actually leaked the diary on purpose. My guess is that she probably did scan it as ammunition, but then never used it and GG herself got it back when she stole back the laptop. Either way, it's been brewing for a long time, the fact that those two are even still on speaking terms after how Blair's been acting this season is ridiculous.

Th ratings went down because Blair and Dan were fighting about Rome and Blair was discussing Rome then left the NJBC for Dan the first half. No one cares about Dair. Their relationship sucks and it killed the show and the characters. Dair is a debacle and go look at casual fans on twitter-they hate them .Please own up to is Dair fans. The writing for Blair is completely off to set this story up and no one likes it at all except about 25 -50 fans on GG anon

Bottom line is terrible writing, encouraging fan wars and reconstructing major characters for Ban to happen are putting finishing touches to GG's grave. I really hope GG clambers out of the grave and gets a shortened 6 season where it can get the decent sendoff it deserves....GGwriters and CW owe it to the true fans of the show who have stuck with it all these years. #sigh

I was not just talking about last night's show, I was talking about the decline throughtout the season in ratings. Also, I blamed on the poor writing. I'm not a Dair shipper, but didn't mind them being together for the moment. I just wished they did more with it. The only Dair scene I liked is the elevator romp. They just made them uninteresting as a couple. Their dynamic as friends was so much more entertaining to watch. While I am a Chair fan, I don't want them together right now either. Blair needs to go find herself, before she can be with either of them.
Also I'm so sick of everyone bitching about everything Chuck has done to Blair. Do you not all forget about all the horrible things Dan and Blair did to each other before they were friends or a couple?

Lets be honest about the ratings argument. Believe me if Chair and whatever other ships they decide to raise from the depths had been the focus for this series and their storylines had been as abysmal as the ones we've had the ratings still would've fallen. It's not what ships we've had - its the fact they've been written terribly! I could give my cat my iPad and she couldve come up with something better by tapping her paws on the keyboard than some of the drivel this season.

Yes the past episode was centered around C and B and Bart but chair fans stopped watching a while ago hence the other low ratings on the past week but now Dair fans are angry that their "precious" couple is finally ending. So in all chair fans dropped out after she chose Dan and now some Dair fans are dropping out too.

Actually @Anak even though the promo featured Chuck and his family drama, 5*22 ended with a "sweet" Ban scene. Safran also reassured Ban fans that Dan and Blair would share 2 sweet scenes in 2*23 while snubbing questions on Chair. Dude even went as far as to tell a Chair fan it's her choice to stop watching the show if she doesn't get Chair (even though I felt her comment was childish he should have refrained from deigning to reply).Just as Safran had said, 5*23 continued with the "sweet" Ban scenes. Second half was even worse cos Blair walked away from Chuck to go be with her darling muppet. I believe that was enough to turn viewers off which is unfortunate cos this episode was quite good even though it fell a little below the previous episode.

She has access Blair's diary and in the episode 05x22 when Serena got home from the mansion who was also getting home and with a purse? Dorota. What was she doing at that time of the night? She was gossip girl all along and in that purse was the notebook.

I have no hope for dair at all...even if blair forgives dan for sleeping with serena..its just gotten to messy and ridiculous..dan would be no different than chuck so there is no reason to continue this dair nonsense..if she forgives him that easily she is truely lost. she should stay alone as even chuck deserves better than blair..i cant even get myself to feel sorry for blair if serena makes her moves with dan!

In the words of GG regarding Blair and Dan, haven't we paid the toll enough for that relationship? Why would anyone want Dan and Blair together? Her history is with Chuck, they keep finding their way back together, since season one. Actually DAN is the one who previously was sending GG hurtful blasts about BLair, so he is probably the one doing it now. Chuck and Blair, Blair and Chuck. Why would GG keep showing Chuck with the ring if he doesn't end up giving it to BLair, this is like the 3rd time now. Also, sorry people, Serena is the one who loves Dan.
Sorry, Dair fans but part of the reason the show is at an all time ratings low is Dair. I know a few people who just stopped watching b/c they had no interest in watching Dair as a couple. That and the writing has been uneven and downright terrible this season. Long time fans are just giving up on the show. Also, Dan sleeping with Serena is as bad as Chuck sleeping with Jenny.
My prediction for the finale as far as C/B/D is that Blair will choose Chuck, but Chuck will turn her down for now b/c of the emotional roller coaster she put him through. Blair will spend the summer globe trotting and figuring herself out. (Which she desperately needs to do.) Now that I think of it, that makes too much sense, so it can't possibly go that way.
