Grey's Anatomy

In a new set of clips from tonight's Grey's Anatomy, Derek learns the value of metaphors, while Jackson starts to lose it in his interview and Arizona learns some surprising information about her old friend.

After asking when he became the hospital's resident advice columnist, Derek gets some advice of his own from Bailey. Metaphors. That way, if your advice ends up failing, you leave yourself an out!

Meanwhile, Arizona nervously prepares to welcome her old friend Nick, who she believes was diagnosed with cancer only six months ago, which turns out to be mostly true, give or take five and a half years.
