People on the plane : Mer, Christina, Arizona, Lexi, Mark, Derek,
People not on the plane : Kepner, Avery, Bailey, Cheif, Hunt, Karev, Torres,
I want to go on record as saying if a character HAS to die, it should be Hunt. Shonda, you are RUINING my Christina with this d-bag. She is BETTER than him, and he CHEATED. I'm over him, he could leave, a hot new character could come in, and that'd be fine. Hunt is not the right guy for her, plus we need something new and pretty to look at besides Jackson, and Christina deserves someone hot and great, it needs to happen.
Of course the new episode will make it seem like Derek is the one dying, but we all know Der, Mer, Chief, Bailey, Karev and Christina are safe. So that leaves.. Arizona Lexi and Mark from the crash that could die. I think these characters will be fine, because killing someone off in a plane crash is predictable. Instead, they'll find out when they return to Seattle, that someone has died while they were fighting to

Everyone is thinking plane crash....no one is remembering Kepner....She's unstable right now...she didn't pass the boards, she doesn't have a job, she's feeling guilty for sleeping with Avery....what if she commits suicide?

I think it could possibly be Ben. If the person is supposed to die in a plane, Ben is now leaving. He is a character that is loved and we then get to see how Bailey deals with Tragedy. Plus he has been comming and going for a while. If not him then April or Arizona.

Before reading alot of the comments, I had never considered Lexie! Many would cry and she is a beloved character. Arizona isnt looking too good. She got on the plane replacing Alex. Her "dont leave" plead to Callie. And she hasnt had anything happen to her directly. I hope she doesnt die. I love Calzona. I couldnt imagine Callie with anyone else.
I dont know why some of you are saying Callie was on the plane. I didnt see heron it. Arizona was sitting by herself. Im sure Callie wouldve been right next to her. I jave to say if theu had killed Callie off, I would be done with this show! I love Arizona but Callie is my heart.
Dont think we have to worry about Mer, Der, or Christina since theyve all renewed their contracts.
On my list is Lexie, Arizona, could be left field: Adele, Zola, .
But if I had to choose, my pick is April. Her life sucks tenfold! She already believes that Jesus hates her. She correlates all of her bad luck with losing her virginity.

hope lexie,mark,mer,der are all alive and well this finale. I think April might commit suicide because thats never happened on this show to a major character, plus shes at rock bottom

@Jt. If you read the article, you would have seen that Patrick Dempsey just renewed his contract for two more years. He as said in the past that this was his last season, but obviously things have changed. You may want to learn to read!

Really dont know who it would be, hoping either izzy comes back or adele as i like the rest. someone mentioned arizona cause she wasnt mentioned in the contract resigning, but I dont think her contract was due to end this season. again, really dont know, just hope its not callie or arizona

Hmm, I think the plane crash is just a dream. You know Shonda is full of surprises! It has to be something that will impact us! Something that nobody is expecting,
Maybe April will die driving drunk. She is really annoying and what is she going to do next season anyways. I hope its her. I like all the other characters and I am still not over them killing off George so another main character dead will piss me off!

It's eather Arizona or April cause they just said all the main charictors ie marideth Christina and derick and so on are signed on For two more seasons plus both those actresses are preggo so there ganna have to take a leave any way . It would only make sense to be rid of one of the that or lexie since she isn't an original charictor

I believe it is Mark, I know Eric Dane had to check himself into rehab earlier this year, maybe asked to written off for health reasons....just a thought. If Arizona dies then Grey's will I think lose some viewers...that is why I believe it is Marc or Lexie.

It will most likely be April. Sarah Drew is pregnant in real life (Jessica Capshaw isnt the only one expecting). Derek will be fine. Enough with the drama with him already. The poor man already got shot and we see how long they dragged out the aftermath of those events. I love Lexie but perhaps she wants to focus on her personal life. Who knows. Like many, I'm still hoping waiting and wishing for a guest appearance of Isaiah Washington. Dr Preston Burke was simply awesome.

It has to be Arizona!!!!! If it is anyone else I will cry! I know lexie is likely but I LOVE HER. April could commit suicide after getting rejected from every hospital and that wouldn't be too bad since she has been so annoying! I'm glad that theres going to be a season 10 though!!
