I agree this was a great episode, and disagree that Ed Helms is not a good fill-in for Michael. The thought of Nellie running the office and replacing Andy makes me ill...there's something about the woman that makes my hair stand on end. That wasn't true of Michael. Go, Office! I'm still watching every week!

I feel like they are running out of story ideas. New boss, manager no longer employed starts new paper company. Sounds familiar right. I am actually hoping the return of David Wallace will add a spark to a Scott-less office.

Definitely the best episode in quite a while! I liked this one a lot from start to finish and thought James Spader was great this episode. Robert as the villain is much funnier than Robert as the omnipotent CEO with everyone in awe of him. On a side note...it wasn't funny, but Spader can sure do a terrific throw up.

Best episode thus far, had humour reflective of the old days and the makings of a decent storyline. I'm loving Nellie as a boss, far more convincing than Andy, she's no Michael but not an idiot like Andy was in the seat.

I found California hilarious in this episode, especially when he called himself the lizard king

How can anyone like the Nellie character, she has ruined the Office for most of the fans and is the reason why there has been a massive drop in ratings. Spader has been awesome in his role.
