You know what I just remmeber, even if it has to be the doppelganger whose blood could creat hybrids(thus minus Jeremy, since even if their the same blood, he's not the doppelganger), before Klaus was desiccate, he did managed to get alot of blood of Elena and we never did find out what he did with it or, where he put it, so there could be a chance that he still have them.
Biggest shocker - Elena being turned is definitely something I didn't see coming, but I'm still going with Klaus taking over Tyler as "a shocker of the day".
Did Elena make the right choice? One word: coward.
Most extreme action - well, Rebekah is a badass and Bonnie did some more extreme things in the past (like faking her death or basically killing Jeremy just in the previous episode). Waking up dancing at 6:45 on the other hand... that's just not possible.
Grade - B. There were some weaker moments, but Klaus' awesomeness alone deserves at least that.
Ok, almost every "Vampire Diaries" episode feels like there is too much going on, but this finale was so over-the-top. Between all the flashbacks, Elijah showing up out of blue, Klaus being dead and undead, Jeremy and Matt plotting to get Elena out of town (seriously, in what reality that would be a good idea?) and the final scene - all of it was so crazy, I could hardly keep track of what's going on.
Favourite scene - Elena and Damon meeting for the first time. I looooved that twist. Especially after Elena said that maybe if they met first, things could be different. Btw, I hate the fact that Elena chose Stefan all over againg, not only because I'm Team Delena, but also because I really hate what Plec is doing with this whole thing. She wants to keep both teams happy by teasing us all the time, but I just want to point out that DELENA DIDN'T EVEN HAPPEN YET. We've had two seasons of Stelena and now we're back there again.

I know this is a bit random but does anyone know what phone elena had when in the penultimate episode of the season she answered the phone and it was alaric who she thought was dead so assumed it was a prank ?

I'm so done with this stupid show.I wonder if Plec is dumb enough to think people will come back to watch insipid "Stelena" on season 4...I'd rather watch a documentary about the everyday life of a nursing home, I bet even that would be more more exciting.And the way they totally screw up caroline/tyler,and this flashback cheap plot device...Plec needs to get fired NOW!

It's called NOT being selfish and truly loving the other person. Elena has been burdened with so much guilt over 3 seasons that another death might just literally break her. Stefan gave her what she needed. Damon would have simply taken what he needed from her.
But I do agree, Stefan is boring with her. He needs to be with someone like Lexi or Katherine who takes control and won't string him along like a wounded puppy.
@Kamarra..the actor that plays Elijah, Daniel Gillies, did address that at one time. In fact, in real life he DOES have an accent (New Zealand or British, I think). He said that he figured that the originals lived long enough and in enough places to lose their accents if they so chose to, and he figured Elijah chose to not have one.

Actually I didn't noticed that accent, but anybody could fake an accent or, else could just be how they really sound or, the way their voice is recorded, the magic of it, apparently, it could change how a person sounds like on camera altogether.

Since Julie Plec confirmed there will be Caroline and Tyler(Klaus) scenes, I am looking forward to how it plays out, but that being said, there's no way that won't know that Klaus is really still alive then, even if they believe they're not his bloodline, they know Tyler is. I wonder who finds out first. My bet is Elijah, because I think Rebekah is just too sad over his death to think twice Klaus could've switch bodies, but during the finale, he asked how they are still alive, he's heartbroken, too, but not so much to not figure out Klaus have taken over someone's body, like he stated in season 2, that's one of Klaus tricks.

2nd I think that she wanted to free Damon specially that even that she has feelings for him she felt that it's unfair to string him along when she still love "unfelt" Stefan.

5) A+, I loved this season as much as I loved the 2 previous seasons and I can't wait for season 4

1) It's hard to choose still I'd choose Damon's scenes more specifically the flash back of the first time he met Elena ( ather than it was like Dan said it was beautiful to see that this moment gave Damon something to fight for & the will to fight Alaric back)& the scene when he realised that she's dead.
2) All of the 3 I almost lost my mind during this episode.
3) To die and save Matt's life? I won't say it was the right choice still it was a selfless choice specially that she lost alot of people & she felt guilty about their death.
Choosing Stefan over Damon? I understand her choice for 2 reasons: 1st after all she's been through she needed a secure choice and that's the case with Stefan cause she knows how her life is gonna be like with him and how to andle him in his good or bad sides which is not the case with Damon who didn't allow her or anyone else to see his good side, 2nd I think that she wanted to free Damon specially that even that she has feelings for hi

I've watched it twice...need to watch it more. Still hoping Elena listens to Katherine when she told her "you can love them both, I did". Go for it Elena, go for it lol. P.S. People are so strange. This is the best show on t.v. Could watch "the guys" every freakin night lol. Reality Shows? They're a bunch of money grubbers who can't act and don't belong on t.v. and the networks bring on more???? They never had me and never will. I will stick with the best....The Vampire Diaries...heat 'em guys. Love y'all tho.

Has Elena grown at all or why is she telling Damon the same thing as in 2x01? Did 3x10 and 3x19 meant nothing?
I have the feeling that Damon never stood a chance :-( She must have known all the way that she never "unfell" for Stefan, that it was "always" him.
Even if that changes now that she's a vampire, Damon will have to live with the fact that she didn't want him while she was still human (yet somehow I think she was sort of lying, because the progress between her and Damon during S3 pointed into another direction).
JP is sabotaging DE so that SE can remain "epic" - forgive me, but I don't see the EPICNESS. Stefan let her DIE! Damon can't live without her, Stefan can't live if she's "mad" at him for not respecting her choices... WTF?
Don't get me wrong. I really love Stefan - but NOT with Elena. With her he is boring, he always feels guilty, he is just her puppy, doing everything she demands... With Damon there would have been more fire and passion in TVD. Anyway, even though

Lou - It's really hard to tell...As Stefan and Damon are opposite of each other...Just like what Rose had told Jeremy, Stefan is the best for her, but Damon could be the best or, the worst. Damon, no matter what, refuses to let people know he cares and could be good. He just refuses to let people see the good in him, even if that's the case.

Honestly, we really just saw the flashback of Damon and Elena's first meeting and how they were talking, but we really never did see when Damon compelled her(and what he really said to her), so we really can't assume what Damon said to her(to do), on the basics of their conversation

Lauren - Yes, Eelena was adopted, so grayson is not her real dad, but John is and Jeremy is Grayson's real son, thus it makes Jeremy and Elena cousins and from the same blood, because Grayson and John are brothers.

In the beginning, i was also worried that the scene of Damon meeting Elena first and then compelling her to find what she wants (which he proudly proclaims to know "u want what EVERYBODY wants, someone who consumes u"). So i tot, oh no, so when Elena turns, she's gonna rem! And she DID use the word Damon CONSUMES her.
But aft reading the comments of how Delena fans think she is compelled to love Stefan, i think it may also swing the other way. Damon THINKS she wants someone to consume her, thus by compelling her to find such person, he's compelling her to "feel love" for him. What/Who she really loves is Stefan and what they have together. Brings out the best in her, etc. And she just couldnt SHAKE the feeling she had for Damon away, becos it consumes her, and that's purely becos he compelled her to look for someone that consumes her? Dunno if it makes sense.
Altho i'm absolutely 100% Stelena fan, i too dread the triangle and never ending broken heart
Most extreme action: Bonnie spelling Klaus, Rebekah causing the accident or Elena's chipper morning mood?
I can't choose, actually. Spelling Klaus was a very extreme move from Bonnie, didn't see it coming. Rebekah causing the death was well done from the writers, before the episode aired I was constantly thinking why would she do that as I watched the promo for like a million times. Elena's chipper morning mood, dunno', it just feels so weird to see her smile. So to see her dance? Very...extremely weird.
Give this season a grade.
B+. I really enjoyed the Originals, the love triangle and though I'm a bit disappointed by the way some of the plots were handled it didn't ruin the season for me. I am actually excited for season four...
Elena : I just want to kill her. It's that simple.
