Vampire Diaries Stars Speak on Season 4 Storylines, The Hunger Games, SPF

by at . Comments

Not long after The Vampire Diaries cast teased and spoiled upcoming Season 4 storylines, TV Fanatic was on the Comic-Con red carpet with Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Michael Trevino, Steven R. McQueen and Zach Roerig.*

(*NOTE: We were also there with Ian Somerhalder and Julie Plec. Return later this week for their exclusive interviews, including a special message from Ian!)

-------------------------------------------

Dobrev wouldn't accept our challenge to trash talk fellow CW rapper Rachel Bilson, but she did break down a bit of her co-star's "Black and Jewish" before delving into the major upcoming question on TVD: What kind of vampire will Elena make?

Wesley, meanwhile, was up for a bit of a battle... Hunger Games style! Before teasing how Elena's transformation will affect Stefan and Damon's relationship, the actor responded to Trevino's assertion that he would die a quick death inside a fictional arena:

For Trevino, it was time to defend his honor against Tyler Posey and the cast of Teen Wolf, while also discussing the challenges of acting like Joseph Morgan:

How will McQueen's Jeremy react to the loss of Alaric? We get choked up thinking about it. Just watch the video:

Finally, is there any chance Matt ends up with Rebekah? In two words, courtesy of Zach Roerig: HELLS NO! How come? Consider his passionate response here:

Unlike most people, I don’t want to wait until a miacrle happens (like winning the lottery) to buy the nice house, car etc. I’ve always wanted. In my normal day job ambition, loyalty, responsibility, respect for everybody lead me to nice career. However, it doesn’t satisfy me. Sure, I’ll make the director happy by increasing the revenue, I get respected by my colleagues for being open-minded and understanding. But what’s in it for me? A good salary…. nope. Time to enjoy life……no, making 70 hours/week. Instead of waiting for good things to come, I decided to make a change en asked myself these questions: 1) what does successful mean to me? 2)what I have to do to become successful? There are a lot of websites about “making money from home or “making money online. Talking about yet another “marketing secret. Unfortunately for me, and several 1000’s of $ later, not one the ebooks or courses could provide me with a residual income. A lot of marketing techniques do work, but just producing no more than $500. I know that success will not come easy, and I will all my energy time in a something I believe can make a difference.By joining Yahoo Answers, I’m hoping to find successful people, who can guide this 29 year old ambitious young man to become successful himself: on a financial spiritual level. My ultimate goal is not about “making money. No, by being successful myself, I hope I can help others to do so for themselves. This is what I want to accomplish in life. If you are that successful man/woman, please do not hesitate to contact me!

Vampire Diaries Quotes

You want a love that consumes you. You want passion and adventure, and even a little danger... I want you to get everything you're looking for. But for right now, I want you to forget that this happened. Can't have people knowing I'm in town yet. Goodnight, Elena.

Damon

Damon: You know what they are? Children. Like lighting a candle's going to make everything OK, or even saying a prayer. Or pretending Elena's not going to end up just like the rest of us murdering vampires. Stupid, delusional, exasperating little children. And I know what you're going to say: 'It makes them feel better, Damon.' So what? For how long? A minute, a day? What difference does it make? Because in the end, when you lose somebody, every candle, every prayer is not going to make up for the fact that the only thing you have left is hole in your life where that somebody that you cared about used to be. And a rock with a birthday carved into it that I'm pretty sure is wrong. So thanks, friend. Thanks for leaving me here to babysit. Because I should be long gone by now. I didn't get the girl, remember? I'm just stuck here fighting my brother and taking care of the kids. You owe me big.
Alaric: I miss you too, buddy.
