Bones Season 8 Premiere: First Promo!
When Bones returns for its eighth season Monday, September 17, we pick up some time after we left off in May, with Brennan framed for murder and on the lam from the FBI with baby Christine in tow.
That might explain Temperance's unexpected new haircut.
Fox's first promo for Bones Season 8 makes it abundantly clear that Pelant's actions triggered a chain of events that dramatically turned the world upside down for Booth, Brennan and the entire Jeffersonian team.

After Season 7 marked the realization of the Booth-Brennan relationship fans clamored for, Bones Season 8 has been described by executive producer Stephen Nathan as the season of "is love enough."
We'll have 22 episodes to figure that out as the gang tries to right the ship.
