Has the budget for this show cut so low that they have to settle for APES as stylists!? At least she's wearing the hairband and extensions again, but it STILL looks terrible!!

Is the ring on the necklace the Harry Winston! I hope so this season looks promising thus far I hope the series ends with Blair and Chuck getting married the cws president did say it ends with a big event heres hoping
