With five weeks to go until the premiere of Scandal Season 2, this Shonda Rhimes drama has announced a few casting moves:

• Patrick Fischler (Lost, Southland, Mad Men) will recur as a whistleblower who comes to Olivia for assistance.
• Broadway star Norm Lewis will appear on multiple episodes as an ex-boyfriend of Kerry Washington Olivia Pope.
• Steven Bailey (Joe the Bartender on Grey's Anatomy) will guest star in an unknown role.
