Gossip Girl Sneak Peek: The Two Blair Waldorfs

by at . Comments

Blair certainly made a fashion splash this week, for better or worse. In this sneak peek from next Monday's Gossip Girl, the younger Waldorf hears about it from Eleanor regarding the disaster that was Cotillion.

As Eleanor sees it, there are two Blairs, and one of them has got to go:

In "Where the Vile Things Are," B braces herself for her mom's imminent arrival, as teased at the end of "Monstrous Ball," but is unprepared for the demands - and tone - Eleanor brings with her to NYC.

Will Blair's dark, scheming, sexually deviant side win out? Or will the intelligent, upstanding, business savvy woman within her triumph, as her mom demands if she is to be the CEO of a major corporation?

Can the two sides of Blair really be separated? Food for thought.

As we were reminded again this week, her future with Chuck may depend on her success with Waldorf Designs. Share your thoughts on the above clip and predictions for Monday's episode with us below.

It was about time to reappear Eleanor, because Blair has not yet become a business woman who can manage her mother company. First and foremost - Blair is not a designer, she only needs to manage company. Second Blair has not done what her mother at the end of season 5 said - to hire designer that will be able to maintain the level that was with Eleanor! Eleanor had in mind only one designer who can continue what she has done successfully, and that is none other than Jenny Humphrey! And now of course there is a problem because Blair and Jenny are in conflict! So now Blair is at a crossroads, whether to continue to act as a high-schooler or to accept that she is adult and face the problems and solve them in her favor! Of course Blair will do the latter, but it will take time for Blair and Jenny to reconcile and begin a new friendship based on business cooperation!

Blair dated Dan "briefly, after she lost her prince d her mind". Finally, someone acknowledges that Blair was mentally unstable at best last son from the car crash onwards - frankly, the God-fearing weirdness should have en a warning sign for some kind of ychotic break.
And Dan encouraging Blair to embrace her new hyper sexual persona is further proof that Humdrum is the wrong man for her

Blair just needs to stay away from Humdrum Humphrey and Sage and focus on herself and her goals which is what her pact with Chuck is all about so to those who say that their pact is nonsense needs to look no further than this promo and for further evidence they could watch the fourth season in which Queen B wanted to make a name for herself instead of being Mrs. Chuck Bass and the season five finale during which Chuck stated he didn't want to be Mr. Blair Waldorf
