True Blood: Campaigning for the Governor of Louisiana
Hmmm... Mitt Romney is in need of a job, isn't he?
HBO has sent out a casting notice for True Blood Season 6, as the show is seeking a new series regular to come on board as Creighton Burrell, the governor of Louisiana.
This character will reportedly have a major beef with vampires - and for good reason: his wife ran off with a member of the undead, leaving him with the couple's daughter.

True Blood is also casting for an actress in her 20s to come on board as Nicole Jannsen, an especially optimistic liberal activist.

Maybe Kyle Schmid? He'd done 2 vampire shows already, so why not do another one? :) He's a brilliant actor, joy to the eyes. Plus, I bet he'll fit right in with the main crew, no sweat.
