comment continued since it got cut off:
We have never seen her at a funeral of a family member.
Not sure how that gets translated into Ziva going to jail except that it is "something we have never seen her character go through." I think it's a bogus spoiler made up by people who have nothing else better to do.

I have just re-read all of the "Ask Matt" on TV line from Aug 2- Dec 13, and nowhere does it say anything about Ziva going to jail. From Cote herself, this is the closest that it is something bad: Matt-'I point out that showrunner Gary Glasberg has hinted at an “unexpected reveal“/”big sort of turn” pegged to Eli’s encore.' “I’ll agree with him on that…,” de Pablo allows. Without revealing specifics, she shares this much more about the twist: “It’s an interesting thing to explore – and something we have never seen my character go through.”
We've seen her kill a relative, and we've seen her go through the death, of same relative. Having said that, I do think Eli is a goner. She's been charged with murder already by the FBI, when she was set up by the Iranian terrorist, and Eli charged Malachi to go to the US to blame the death of that Marine on the Damacles on Ziva, so we have seen her interrogated. We have never seen her at a funeral of a family memb

@Keith VlasakandSAM
it was a spoiler from TVline from the ASK Matt page It was between Hollween and Thanksgiving I should of save it will remember next time, The reason why I THINK that what going to happen is because of all talk of Ziva father we have gotten latly.
Me personal I would like to see the season finale this year pay tribute to season 1 operner

There has been nothing in any of the spoilers hinting that Ziva, or any member of Gibbs' team, or Gibbs himself, going to jail for the murder of Eli or anybody else. If someone has seen something along those lines, please give us the name of that source.

Like I said, I could find nothing -- but teases are like what he may have read/seen/latched onto (??)(if someone is falsely accused of something and taken into custody (even if it's to sit in a room for a few questions, the tease will be about how will the character adjust to prison or some cliff-hanger). That's all -- and, I'm not jumping on you here, Michael, but sometimes, like who Ziva's sleeping with, you do get things wrong ... for instance, it might be that what Michael saw is a misinterpretation of one of the spoilers I was looking at which speculated that the NCIS producers may want to get rid of the actor who plays Ziva's father because he was recently arrested and in jail and so could be killing him off. That was the only mention of jail I was able to find ....

Your are correct sir there is specailtion that Ziva will be sent to jail for killing her father and that it will somehow affect Vance job

No. In one of the forums, Michael said something about how Ziva should go to jail because she helped kill Kate Todd and the ICE agent in the "Legend" story. Sounds ridiculous, I know.

I can't find anything about jail, but I think Michael was referring to something he read about what's upcoming in January, first episodes after the Christmas hiatus -- which is a 2 part story ("Shalom," in which Ziva's father shows up strictly to visit with Ziva, and "Shiva", which is a week long mourning for immediate family, in which episode there is also supposed to be flashbacks). Anyhow, couldn't find anything about jail, but do think Michael wasn't wishing for Ziva to go to jail, but that he read something that she was going to???

Loved that McGee had a up front role. Gibbs standing in the house just looking at them sleeping on the sofa not saying a word. Then fornell walks in and get all jealous was so funny. Then of course my TONY all his jokes and laughing about it. This time it was Fornell that had smart comments. Funny how at the end Vance saying they all should would together and he looks up and all of them are gone.
Has usual people always talking bad about ZIVA. I love ZIVA. But TONY is my favorite. Gibbs is the man of few words above all is the show. Great episode has usual. Love NCIS. I do not like the Los angles one.

Ziva is not going to jail. 99.999999999% of the fans don't want that and neither do I.

So it look like NCIS after next Tuesday is off till Febuary so I wonder how we will get Ziva going to jail and Ziva father storyline and abby backstory all in such a short amount of time.

I usually don't watch the comedy-only episodes like this week and next but I did catch the Diane and her men comedy show. It had some funny scenes. I really wish they had more of the serious first and light moments shows. That's what NCIS is known for and that's why 20 million watch those shows. I thought that Gone was a perfect example of classic NCIS at it's best. I think Devil's Trifecta and next weeks Robert Wagner are more for the actors and less for the viewers. Please return to the more thoughtful shows.

Liked that McGee got some special attention in this one even though his scene with Diane seemed pretty forced. Enjoyed the Ducky/Tony/McGee scene the most. I like Gibbs and Fornell together. When did Ziva become everyone's best friend? The writers seem to be going out of their way to give us a Ziva being a relatable and sensitive girl friend scene in every episode this season. I would actually like to see other team members get a turn. Although I thought the episode had some good moments, it was too Tony light.

Even though I thought that the McGee/Diane scene seemed overly contrived, I enjoyed that Tim got some fun attention. This episode was too Tony light. The Tony/Ducky/McGee scene was my favorite. I enjoyed the Gibbs/Fornell/Diane dynamic. Why is it that Ziva is every character's BFF this season? Would love to see other team members in those types of scenes for a change.

This episode was just awesome. I did not stop laughing the entire episode. It was hilarious with the snark remarks from Diane and everyone. I especially love Leon's reaction to all three of them being made to work with each other. keep these episodes coming. it was great!

Oops...forgot to mention that although we don't see him often, Danny Nucci (the actor who played the check-cashing guy who turned out to be the mastermind) is STILL h-a-w-t HAWT!!!

Add me to the list of people who would loooove to see this threesome again. At first I thought it was kind of lame to make her yet another "Special Agent:" however, I very quickly got into the spirit of the thing. Diane is one of the best characters this show has seen in a long time. She's clearly smarter than Gibbs and Fornell, and has a bigger pair of balls than both of them. Put together. Fan-freaking-tastic!

I enjoyed this episode. I liked the " proposal" as a way to get her away from the abductor, and also let her know that he does have memories of their good times. Gibbs is such a good guy. And nice to see Tim get into the mix rather than Tony all the time, however much I adore Tony.. And Fornell was full of hysterical one liners "have you noticed she never gets sick? Even germs avoid her."
Vance: Tom Morrow may have a solve. We pull it off this could all go away. Gibbs: For all of us? Vance: Clean slate. Gibbs: What's the catch? Vance: It might...
