Grey's Anatomy

Grey's Anatomy airs an all-new episode tomorrow night, "Walking on a Dream."

Photos have also been released for the following week's (1/31) "Bad Blood," in which Derek and April work around the clock to find a solution for the hospital and Cristina struggles to respect a family's wishes.

Meanwhile, it looks like Constance Zimmer's Dr. Alana Cahill - a physician’s adviser who gave up her surgical career is hired to help the hospital avoid bankruptcy - plays a key role in this episode as well.

Zimmer makes her Grey's debut tomorrow night. It appears she's shaking things up a bit in Seattle, as the surgeons can be seen learning some new techniques in a bunch of the January 31 images.
