Personally I would have preferred to see how Ziva reacts to her father's death or just had a comedy show until the finale. I really do not like Vance taking away precious time for our other fantastic actors like Palmer and Ducky. Ziva was cool and Vance is a baby. I think that Vance murdered Eli and he should pay by being fired from the show.

OK.It is time to get a new director. YES. Vance is responsible for his wife's death, Eli (he should have agotten him protenction). That is the one character that they can fire and hire. It does give the show a little FIRE. Get rid of Vance.

I hate Vance's character. I think it is time ot kill off Vance. First off I agree he is the reason his wife is dead. I would hate to think he is responsible for the safety of the NAVY. What a loser. Let's see more David McCallum, more Brian Dietzen, more Michael Weatherly, more Cote de pablo.

I've always liked Vance and always like his give and take with Gibbs. He has an interesting background also. Plus the story lines that feature the Mossad are some of the best of the show.

My theory is that, Vance's wife was working under cover. To keep an eye on him and maybe Ziva. Because of who Zivas father was and the position he had as head of Mossad. Interesting though.

I agree with Karen -
I've never liked Vance as a foe for Gibbs, it has always seemed forced. The past two seasons of NCIS LA I've been watching Granger and trying to imagine how he and Gibbs would interact. More fun maybe, they both like to get their hands dirty...I miss the interplay between Gibbs and Jenny; maybe Gibbs and Granger could bring back that more entertaining spirit.

Nothing there really gets me excited about this episode. I think Gibbs has done a wonderful job with the loss of a wife. I guess I feel , been there and done it. If Vance is crying through the entire episode I think I might scream too. Let Vance grieve off camera. I still believe they are making Vance to me someone that they should demote. He showed an extreme lack of judgement in letting the Mossad director in his home with no protection and he never told the head of the Navy. I say it's time for a new director.
