Doctor Who Season Finale to Reveal Show's "Oldest Secret"

BBC America has released a new poster and a new episode description for the Doctor Who Season 7 finale - and both make it clear:

We're about to learn the doctor's real name.

“Stand by for something that you might always have believed to be impossible…" writes BBC America in a press release that also promises “the Doctor’s oldest secret threatens to be revealed.”

Alex Kingston will also be returning as River Song on the finale.

Season 7 revs back up this Saturday with Episode 10, “Hide." It will center on Doctor joining a ghost hunt when something horrifying is discovered hiding in Caliburn House.

the entire show is Doctor WHO?
So probably, Moffat would spin the episode telling why the Doctor chose the name Doctor. because that's who he is.
