There will surely be plenty of serious moments on Tuesday's NCIS, but look for some lighter ones as well in what looks like a fun, Halloween-themed installment.

In "Oil and Water," the NCIS team partners with the Coast Guard Investigative Service (CGIS) to investigate a suspicious explosion on board an offshore oil rig.

Meanwhile, no one is safe from a mysterious prankster who is targeting the office, which is the subject of this funny sneak preview clip featuring Abby and Tim.

Clearly, whoever the spooky assailant is knows how to rankle Abbs.
