On tomorrow night's Supernatural Season 9 Episode 12, Sam and Dean will find an old friend in the hospital.. but look for the return of Garth to stis up memories of Kevin for the latter Winchester brother.

However, it's Sam who runs into some serious "Sharp Teeth" when he tries to track down Garth and finds himself sitting on a barn floor with his hands tied.

Things don't look good. Will Dean arrive in time to save him?
