Be prepared, Once Upon a Time Fanatics. She's coming.

So teases a new promo for Once Upon a Time Season 3 Episode 12, which introduces Rebecca Mader as The Wicked Witch of the West and makes it clear:

She and Regina won't exactly be getting along.
